  We wish we had booked more than one night here. Ideal for Perugia visit. Nice clean swimming pool and lovely grounds for relaxation, shade etc. Good views and secure gated car park.   Excellent location close to the center of Assisi and close to the impressive St Francis church. We stayed 4 nights and we liked it. Easy walking to the center with many good restaurants. We had a deluxe room with a view to the valley, which was fantastic. Breakfast was good with a good choice of products. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant, therefore no comments - It was an amazing experience staying at Giotto Hotel and Spa just minutes from St. Francis' Basilica. The staff and facilities at Giotto were terrific. The views from our room looking out over the hillside city of Assissi and the plain below are unforgettable. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel and it was exceptional and also unforgettable. Our waiter was terrific. Perfect in every way!!!
