  The Winter Garden Hotel is a beautiful property. Elegant, modern, and spacious! The feel of the lobby just gives you a chic sense that your stay will be restful. We did not stay long enough to take advantage of the Spa, but the shower was mind-blowing enough to count like a Spa! I am gushing, but just coming off a fabulous Costa Cruise, I felt like we were still on the ship! The shuttle to the airport wa - Free parking which is great. Staff were helpful. Clean rooms with nice bathroom and huge double shower. Convenient to stay if you have an early/late flight to bergamo. Not as close to airport as some of the others but cheaper rate and free parking makes up for it if you have a hire car.

  The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again.   Hotel looked nice and was a bit different than hotels usually. Thanks tohotel personnel which gave us instructions to found the hotel by busfrom Bergamo. Hotel situation seem to be on a side of the town but therewas a nice restaurant nearby. Kitchen was already closed because of ourlate arrival but they cooked us so delicious cold plate.   Staff is as efficient, fast and yet warm and welcoming as usual. It striked me for better that they took notice of a former suggestion to solve a petty issue. Location is perfect if you mean to take an early flight (and have a car).
