Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. We stayed at Two-Bedroom Apartment with balcony. - Its located in nice, quiet area like resorts with private gate to get in. - The Apart is clean and New furniture with AC. - Extremely friendly staff. We arrived too late and they helped us by searching the nearest open restaurants! many thanks to them from me and my family

Accommodation was excellent - new, clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Added advantage of having a pool which was needed after a hot day sight seeing.

close proximity to the tower is a plus point. Hotel is modern and neat. More than expected than what I had in mind when I made a reservation based on photos and reviews. Very comfortable, clean and quiet facility located in the countryside yet so convenient for driving to Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio and Cinque Terre. The staff was very helpful in recommending local restaurants and attractions in the area. It was exactly what we were looking for and were very pleased with our decision. -

Location - Could not fault the place. Staff and facilities very good. Must be the only hotel in Italy that ensures the food is always topped up at breakfast time and never runs out. A perfect location for a complete break where you do not even have to leave the confines of the complex. Highly recommended.
