Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa. Breakfast brought to the room was a nice touch and very good. As it was the end of January we were not affected by any mosquitos. Will certainly return. - We had a lovely stay at the this hotel. We booked a double room but were upgraded to a suite which, as we were staying for 6 nights, was a real benefit. The breakfasts were great, the pool wonderful and the staff really helpful, going so far as to take us to the airport when our taxi didn't turn up!

Beautiful rooms. Very comfortable and owners very friendly. We had to leave early in the morning and we were able to go to the kitchen and help ourselves to breakfast. Perfect location. Excellent location close to the major attractions. Helpful and no-fuss hostess who made no issue of us arriving well after 9 pm, gave us very useful tips on what to see and sent us off very helpfully by booking us a taxi.
Since we had a late night flight out, the ability to leave our bags in the B&B on our last day with access to the common facilities was also a huge help.
