  Μας άρεσε το φιλικό περιβάλλον σε μια οικογενειακή επιχείρηση , ο διάκοσμος της σουίτασ με τα παλιά αντικείμενα που υποδήλωναν μια παλιά αριστοκρατική παράδοση της οικένειας που διαχειρίζεται την επιχε'ιρηση.Ιδιαιτέρως πρέπει να τονίσουμε την αυθόρμητη επιθυμία για εξυπηρέτηση της δεσποινίδας Έλενας , η οποία είναι κόρη της ιδιοκτήτριας και front ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » desk manager. - This is a very beautiful place to stay, peaceful yet less than 10 minutes walk from the Tower. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast brought to the room was a nice touch and very good. As it was the end of January we were not affected by any mosquitos. Will certainly return. - We had a lovely stay at the this hotel. We booked a double room but were upgraded to a suite which, as we were staying for 6 nights, was a real benefit. The breakfasts were great, the pool wonderful and the staff really helpful, going so far as to take us to the airport when our taxi didn't turn up!

  We loved the hotel and the staff!. We stayed on two separate occasions and had two different rooms, both lovely. The staff was always professional and ready to assist in any way. The recommendations for restaurants outside the hotel were good and located near the hotel, for convenience sake.   This is an amazing place. Everything was perfect-tidy, clean and stylish hotel. Very nice englishspeaking receptionist-she gaves us many helpfull advices for the old Lucca town and ideas for good restaurants there. The room (our was named on Mozart:) was also perfect-nice decorated, clean and convenient, large comfortable bed and the shower in the... τι λέει ο κόσμος » bathroom was real pleasure. Perfect breakfast with very good lavazza cappuccino. Excelent service! We rented bikes to enjoy old part of Lucca and it - Beautifully restored Villa, high quality fittings,traditional Italian style,spotlessly clean room, lots of good quality choices in breakfast buffet. Friendly and efficient staff could not do enough to help us, excellent English and French is spoken. Nothing was too much trouble - thank you for an excellent stay in beautiful Lucca. Lovely relaxing area with hot tub etc. too.
