  Superb city boutique hotel. Renovated with wonderful style and modern comforts. Staff were extremely helpful. Very good central location. Could walk everywhere including to the port. Owner was gracious. Best cappuccino machine I encountered on our 3 week trip through Italy. Breakfast was fine.   The hotel location is just great. we really enjoyed the stay here. the hotel even offers us free bikes to the castle. that's just nice. however, the owner of the hotel is not that hospitality. maybe she cannot speak English very fluently. the turkish spa is not open after 730 and the TV in the room cannot watch football match. we have to go downst... τι λέει ο κόσμος » airs in the bar for the match. - After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry. The scenery from the windows with a view of the port are beautiful.

  One street back from the Bay of Naples, excellent location for restaurants the shops, and island hopping via hydrofoil to Capri etc. Staff were very helpful, nice breakfast and coffee; they let us make our own drinks in the Hotel's kitchen.Large Comfortable Room and Bathroom. Arnaldo and Daniella did all they could to make us welcome. Excellent value - Don't be put off by the entrance. Behind the front door and up the elevator you will find a great B and B with a friendly, helpful owner in a great Naples location. A short walk to the Promenade along the water (even at night), close to an upscale shopping neighborhood but not a bad walk into the central historic district of Naples. Good value BandB.

  Friendly reception, friendly efficient service, while in the city its waterfront location was a plus and surprisingly it was not as noisy as one might expect in a city centre location. - We liked everything about this b&b: great location, great design, great host, great view! We'll come back for sure there!

  good safe location with easy access to transport links. also nice rooms with very good choice at breakfast - The staff was extremely helpful, the location was perfect--close to the metro and on the Mergellina waterfront--and the room was large and beautifully renovated. The breakfast was the most substantial we had during three weeks in B and Bs.

  We booked one night and stayed for five nights. The owner is very friendly and helpful with travel information. The location is quiet and excellent for day trips.The gardens are beautiful. The rooms are very clean, with balconies overlooking Naples. Breakfast is outstanding. This B&B is a gem! - The owner Maria Grazie was very nice and helpfu... τι λέει ο κόσμος » l. Fumarole is a fantastic place to stay and the view over Naples bay was so wonderful. The breakfast was superior - the best we had in Italy ever. We would recomended the place and we are sorry because we stayed just for one night.
