The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good,
from the salads, breads, dairy to the omelets and shaksuka. The rooms
and beds were comfortable, and I loved the shower and bathtub. Plus
they left a fresh bottle of water as needed. It was nice having the
Azrieli mall right there, as well as a full supermarket, again, right
out

to the beach which was great. It dropped me off at the Crowne Plaza on
the beach, -
The soundproofing is impressive, never heard of the ice cube machine
right in front of my room once the door's closed. In case of dnd,
you don't get a call asking whether you want the room cleaned or
not, which is just the way it should be. The location is very
conveniently located as long as you remember facilities around the hotel
being closed during Shabat and plan in advance.

A very nice smaller hotel at an excellent location. Convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Caters more to the individual rather than large groups. My wife and I felt very comfortable here and recommend this for touring or business. - The prices at your site made this hotel well worth the price. Th

It was our second stay at Gordon Hotel & Lounge. The location is great- just across the road is the beach. The staff are so helpful and friendly, we found that no request was too much trouble. The staff are knowledgeable too and share with you. We have travelled a lot over years and the staff in this hotel have to be up there at the top. Gordo

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ana (I think that was her name) was outstanding in getting us set up, suggesting restaurants, and setting up tours. Breakfast was very good, so was the coffee. View from the room (beach-view, first floor) was great. Staff made lunches for us on the days we had early tours booked and missed breakfast. Free mini-bar was very nice addition. Room was clean and very efficient. Very modern lighting and HVAC controls.

The staff was wonderful - went out of their way to make us happy. The heated indoor pool and jacuzzi were a great way to unwind at the end of a cold winter day. The free breakfast buffet was wonderful and offered a good variety to choose from. The rooms were very clean and well kept. - your staff is really efficace and cool

All the staff were very pleasant and professional, especially the customer relation staff who were absolutely fantastic, addressing any issues quickly and efficiently. Probably the best I have witnessed. -

Our room was comfortable, a good size for two people (mother and grown
son), and had a small balcony with views of both sea and city that we
loved. The hotel staff was efficient and helpful. The breakfast included
in the price was fantastic. Location was great for our purposes: close
to Neve Tsedek, Dizengoff Street, Jaffa and great beaches, but n

Close to Jaffa and seafront, easy walk into city centre, and as I was doing the marathon (subsequently a half- marathon) the location was perfect for the start and finish.
