Upon arriving we were greeted with
a Champayne, friendly smiles.
In our room a beautiful bottle of wine
and fruit. The casual atmosphere,
the stunning decor our beautiful room
overlooking the Dead Sea and the
Mountains. The Spa was fantastic,

Ideal for the vocation at the Dead Sea because this is one of the few
hotels that has a beach right of the hotel while most others the beach
is across the road. This may not seem like a big deal but when it's
45c you can only spend 10 min in the water and have to jump back into a
pool so a shuttle across the street is annoying. It's is the biggest
advantage of this place. The pool is wonderful and the meals were
phenomenal! All rooms face the water so don't bother booking an
'ocean view'

We love the location and all of the facilities. We made good use of the spa and had excellent massages. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. -

Isrotel Dead Sea Hotel was the best hotel we have had the pleasure to stay. The suite overlooking the Dead Sea was fabulous. We will return to this place again. -

It's a great hotel for spending time with children, including toddlers (we have 3.5 and 2 year old daughters).
It has excellent pools, including a pool with 'artificial' sand, that nicely simulates a beach while having the benefits of a pool. The kids absolutely loved it.

Everything, we were a family of six adults and a small child, everyone was catered for. The rooms were spotlessly clean as was the hotel, the food was excellent, the staff were very polite and helpful, and a lady called Alex was exceptional, besides us wanting to stay an extra night she arranged everything for us, nothing was to much trouble. The hotel was good and in a good position. Was bright and airy and very clean. Lovely pool facilities. Good location. Good food.
Mostly very helpful staff.
We used Eilat as a base to cross to Jordan to vist Petra. Eilat is noisy and brash and for young people. I would not go there again. The hotel was an oasis of calm!

We know very well the Rimonim Hotel we have been coming there for the
fift or six time. We can see the sea from each room and it is very well
located..The staff is very nice, even the room cleaners try to do their
best to satisfy us. -

We had a great time !
The staff is very kind and welcoming.
We have been upgraded to a wonderful suite with two rooms - living room and bedroom, two bathroom and two balconies. The suite was large, well equipped and very clean.
The view is nice - the red sea, the lagoon and Aqaba.
We got a free entrance to Vitalis spa and to the business lounge,

Because the hotel is a separate building from the main hotel - Herods palace, it -
The Boutique is one of three facilities of Herods Hotel. It is not the main building which makes it more quiet and less crouded. It has its own pool, which is almost private. The guests can also enjoy the main building, which has a larger dining room, bigger (and warm in winter) pool, theater etc.
The staff is really nice. The do their best to keep you satisfied and they succeeded. You can even see the general manager working along with the staff just like a private hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, the staff has always been extraordinary and helpful. The facility is ideally located for my purpose in Eilat and the facility is very nice. The pool was fantastic as well as the direct access to the Red Sea.
breakfast buffet was amazing and even in three days we could try everything.
This hotel made the stay in Eilat certainly very enjoyable.

The room was a good size, with a decent TV, a balcony and a bathtub.
There was a complimentary cake and some chocolates brought to the room.
Slippers and bathrobes were provided, towels were promptly changed.
The food was good, which is often the case in Israeli hotels. The elevators weren't overcrowded even when the hotel was full.

really great place WHEN NOT FULL , as it turned out we hit the low season, hotel quite empty so we had 3 swimming pools to ourselves. Clean rooms , quiet , hot , great weather allways in Eilat . Free underground parking , big rooms too :-) Superb breakfast. Kids loved it , lots of room to play soccer , swim :-) -

We absolutely loved out stay at the Herods Palace, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Nikol who upgraded us to Club Level, and since it was our Honeymoon she gave us the Spa for free.
