Good new hotel located in the center very close to Malioboro street (but do not expect much from the street as there are no restaurants, pubs or "western" shops). Rooms are clean with led tv and free Wi-Fi. Staff was quite helpful. The staff arranged a bargain transport to Borobudur for us. If you get a special deal it is good value for money. this hotel so new that takes your breath away, in fact the 'smell of the paint and the glue was so strong that I had to keep the window open. having said that, definitely worth the price it costs, central, clean and well located. The staff is perfect and the breakfast was 5 star!.

Probably "pre-launch rate" as the hotel was still under construction (most notably the last floor where neither the bars nor the gym were finished). Hotel location is very near to Malioboro street. Breakfast was great with varieties of choices. Glad that room provided with safe box and coffee/tea maker. Breakfast is just average - really Indonesian style only. Hotel is not really cozy or elegant. Bathroom is really small. As the hotel is new you can still smell the paint or the cleaning stuff. Several equipment included in the hotel's description on letsbookhotel.com weren't (yet?) available when I stayed there. The staff, although well-intentioned, had no clue as to tourist services or recommendations. Will certainly improve with time and training. none. Internet a little slow but its okay. Nothing. Relative small room, but this is not important to me. I cannot say that I didn't like anything - Hotel was with a www.letsbookhotel.com rate a good value for money. downstairs bed was very dirty when bed shifted, when I stay 2 days our room was cleaned but the floor was dirty. small room... noisy. Room to small. Next to the swimming pool there is a meeting. Therefore businessmen are going in front of the swimming pool to watch you and smoke. No cocktail at the bar. shower/bath place has no door. Room too small. Towels a bit old. Hand soap should be given at the wash basin. Inconvenient to press soap at the shower when need to wash hands. The room small and bathroom no lock system. -room, day 1 they gave me room 110, which wad like a bunker/dungeon. There is no window in this room. I think tney should not offer tjis room to the guest. Day 2, they give me better room at 2nd floor. Room with window and fresh air, although the view from the window was just a wall but better than pevious room. Many of the staff doesn't speak English. :-(. noise from swimming pool pump Bar ran out of Beer. Room has ants, staff doesn't understand English well, room noisy next to lift... The service of the reception The pool was under construction but i'm sure that would be solved . The room' smell wasn't fresh and good. The parking place is too small. I asked the house keeping to repair the sanitation in the bath room but it was not going well. The water flood when we bath by shower. 1st day, they give me bad room @ 1st floor, bad smell 'n too small room. a room without a window is very very unpleasant. the staff cannot really well converse in English. I would like to pay my hotel stay in cash but the staff insisted me to pay in card. Need to stroll 3 minutes to main street.
