The staff were friendly and helpful, organising several eccursions, with good connections. The room was perfect, the pool was great. THE bungalows are ok, particularly the patio with chairs. The swimmingpool us good. The place is nicely situated but its steps all over the place. Walking distance to Ubud is at least 15 minutes. It was sometimes difficult to communicate with some staff who had limited English :-).
