The hotel has good wireless internet for as many devices you want. The pool area is fantastic and you can eat and drink right at the beach front. You can also have private dinner on little pavilions in the garden area. The rooms are big and spacious with a balcony. You get all the little goodies like tea cooker, toothbrush etc. Location is great for shopping, eating and to go to the beach. Highly recommended!

The staff were uniformly terrific - very helpful, courteous and considerate - from the service desk to the waiting staff.
The location is outstanding with the capacity to lounge on but above the beach so enjoying the beachside experience but avoiding the hassle of the peddlars.
The facilities beachside and in the room are also top class.

We booked the garden suite and were totally impressed with it. The room was very clean, large and the bath was top class. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels, this one tops all so far. It is right on the beach and has many good facilities. I totally recommend the Spa in this resort, cheaper compared to other boutique ones, very clean and professional. We had a 2.5 hr massage for like 30Aud.
The bar is awsome, right in the pool and perfect view to the sunset. Definitely visiting Balisani again.

The setting of the hotel is absolutely fabulous if you like to be surrounded by luxuriant vegetation (like I do). The hotel grounds were very beautiful and well maintained I loved the plants and trees, it was like a magic garden. The pool was really nice. The bungalow was traditional and picturesque. A fantastic little getaway gem if you are looking for something good value with a touch of traditional Balinese. I stayed in a double-storey suite with traditional Balinese decor, it's beautiful. I love the outdoor living area facing the front, and the marble bathroom is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful, info leaflets of the tours and major attractions are all available at the reception, the reception.

The staff wee very helpful - the first afternoon we arrived, there was a problem with the safe. It wouldn't open again once our passports, cash etc, was inside. The staff persisted with trying to find the master key, without success. Eventually having to drill through the keylock and break into the safe. The safe was replaced immediately.

Was very good value for money. The staff smiley and friendly, we had a big family room that was nicely made up while at breakfast in the morning. At the reception they arrange for massage, baby-sitting and gave us free transportation to the airport. The pool was big and the water warm, ideal for the children.
