My Deluxe room was comfortable, spacious and quiet and just a short stroll to pool and beach. The location is superb set right on e beachfront to swim, walk along the beach, surf, have a massage, and simply relax. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and always ready to assist. The hospitality shower was greatly appreciated long after check-out and before departing for the airport for a late night flight. The setting of the hotel is absolutely fabulous if you like to be surrounded by luxuriant vegetation (like I do). The swimming pools are wonderfully designed, instead of being the standard rectangle, the staff are extremely friendly (which is common to most of Bali), and the design of the rooms and villas is also just really good. The hotel grounds were very beautiful and well maintained I loved the plants and trees, it was like a magic garden. The pool was really nice. The bungalow was traditional and picturesque. The hotel was romantic with family appeal too. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was nice. It was fair value for money and I will be going again.

The Haven Hotel made our trip! we could not have asked for a better place to stay.The two bedroom suite was absolutely perfect for our family of 3 (5 yr old, 3yr old, and 9 month old). Everyone had space to play, watch movies and chill out.
The pools, especially the one at the front, were perfect for a family with kids who can and cannot swim.

I loved this hotel, aspecially breakfast!! It was amazing delicious!! A huge variaty every day! Very nice swimmimg pool! Staff were really helpful. They kept smiling and greeting all the time. Loved location as well! Close to many shops (u should burgain there twice lower price),fine restaurants and money changers (be careful! They chit a lot! Recheck money when u leave!). Also very close to the six beach just 10 mins on foot.

The hotel was very nice, clean rooms and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop dinning was nice but for breckfast there was not enough tables for all, if it was sunny people had to sit in the sun, so I suggest to get to breckfast early to get a table in the shade. -

Near the "Patato Head" beachclub. You have to visite this place, currently on of the most "coolest" place to visite!
The two floor family room was great (children 9 and 10). But I wouldn't recommend it for younger children, because of the outdoor separate entrance. Breakfast was very good, lot's of choice/ variation. Staff was very polite. Garden

Excellent value for money. As a lone traveller I felt very safe and comfortable. Staff were always very helpful. There is some amazing new venues for eating and socializing in the street. This may even become the new "Eat St" of Seminyak. I will definitely stay here again.
