Well trained staff. Most of them worked in that hotel allready many years. The location is in a quiet part of Sanur but with all you need near-by. Breakfast was Ok with the posibility to order some special add-ons. Nice two pools. Wi-Fi worked well if you stay near the central building. We would come back any time. Loved the new deluxe renovated room. 5 star quality. The staff were great as we're their spa treatment. Some great restaurants nearby, but better ones closer to centre of Sanur. But for a cheap Bemo ride its worth staying at the economical Ari Putri.

The charges is very economy and resonable. Overall i like the Ari Putri Hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms, beatiful architecture, cosy open areas, friendly staff and good food, a large number of choices. REALLY good value for money. Feel luxorios even though its not expensive at all. Friendly staff, great drivers, the reception organized wonderful board hire for us in Kuta at the Hard Rock Hotel for the day for only $10 for the whole day. They ask that much per hour on the beach. Room and bathroom were clean, good air conditioning. Standard breakfast. good location - walking distance to beach, lots of spa & restaurants nearby.good value for money. the room was really clean.Helpfully staff.The meal in restaurant excellent.Breakfast the same like everywhere in Bali.Swimming pool.5 minutes walk from the beach. Staff where frendly Room was very clean great bed and lots of room in the room bathroom and balcony. Hated the limited breakfast. And the fruit juice was concentrated sickly sweet cordial. The location is a little far from major markets and Hardys and the better restaurants. The smaller pool gets shade most of the day and limited lounge chairs. However you can swim across the road for no charge at Kumeleaka which is bigger and more sun. The water heater cannot adjust and there don't provided the hair dryer. Breakfast can be better, with larger variation. But for the money you pay its ok. Could also be a breakfast menu available. Only wifi in the open areas. Breakfast was a bit bland, two Indonesian dishes (noodles and something, it changed day by day), eggs and one pastry choice; no cereal or anything. I'm probably being a bit picky there. And the white wine from the bar came out of a cask - the epitome of class!. room was a bit small & gloomy. no WiFi in the room,just at the reception.The beach Sanur isnt much nice,but this isnt of the hotels business. Limited breakfast selections and housekeeping did not clean in detail (towels had stains, dust over the phone, water marks on the shower glass). - The rooms are a bit dated - Sanur's beaches aren't that nice. If I was going to Bali for the "beach experience" this would not be my top choice. Tha is not way I went for so it was very good for me. nothing. The food atthe restaurant was uninteresting and overlooked. toilet leaking as is most in Bali. No sun around swimming pool. breakfasts are the same every day. Nothing. My room was a little musty as it does not get any sunlight. Nothing. The dust at the lamps. Breakfast buffet could be better. The only way of knowing what was on the breakfast menu was looking at what others were eating. It seems a lot of items could be ordered but they were not offered. It would be good if the murals on the wall could explain the story they were depicting. Staff were annoyed by leaving our stuff in deposit box each time we leave and bath room had a water stink smell and wasn't clean, also I had to ask for room services 3 times to have them come and change dirty blanket. - beach of Sanur not very nice (some parts are very dirty), but thats not the hotel's business - breakfast average, but for the price absolutly ok. smoking in eating areas, especially breakfast! Also, bed linen and pillows were old and a little dirty. Dirty! - dirty bed, bathroom, broken plates at the restaurant. electricity went out for about an hour wireless internet did not work in the room, and did not work consistently in the lobby "wi-fi hotspot". It was a long way from the bars etc of Sanur.
