Bintha and his staff are doing everything to make you feel like a king. Directly after my confirmation at booking I received an personal email from Bintha with all the things he could arrange for us and that he would pick us up from the airport and so he did.

Literally everything in the hotel. From the excellent gym facilities to the swimming pool to the hotel room and finally to the absolutely wonderful staff members.
I also loved the fact that there was a mall linked to the hotel so it makes it easy if I want to grab a cup of coffee or any daily necessities since there is a supermarket in the mall.

Deluxe room is far more spacious than the superior, with separate TV/living room and small pantry. Nice comfy bed with clean linens and lots pillows.
Real value for money compared to other hotels in town with similar standard.
Breakfast is excluded, but with the many restaurants only few walks away, you won't miss hotel buffet that much.

The service was very good. Deco is very pleasing and interesting. In the junior suite where my family and I were staying, there is a fridge, microwave oven, hot/cold water dispenser and plates and cutleries. The room is more than adequate for the 6 of us: 2 seniors on the queen bed at the lower level and the 4 of us on 2 king-sized mattresses up on the loft. For those who are concerned about the stairs up to the left, it is a comfortable climb - not too steep.

Welcoming, good location in a more chilled out part of yogyakarta. Suited to travellers as has all needs on a quieter strip- bars, tour offices, spar and restaurants without the hectic city feel. Very good attention to service with tea brought in mid afternoon with a pastry... very enjoyable! We missed this place when we moved nearer to the train

Our villa no 106 with private pool was amazing! It's a true gem for a couple seeking romance and privacy. These Villas were very private. We loved the day bed beside the pool.
Its a great place to base your self and explore the southern beaches of Bali.(some of the best surf in the world I'm told) The traffic is not as chaotic as other parts of Bali and a scooter is a great way to see the country side.
We love it!
Budi and Kana are fantastic in the restaurant and behind the bar and made us feel most welcome.
Will definitely be heading back there but for a longer duration.

It is very clean and modern. Has pretty much all you need, within the limits of decency. The location can be a shock, especially if it is your first time in Jakarta/Indonesia. Better take a taxi from airport and avoid any walking in that area. As a European tourist, I'd skip the breakfast at Rumah Shinta anytime :)). But I would choose this little

Had a very small but VERY CHEAP and CLEAN room with AIR CONDITIONING, FLATSCREEN TV, CLEAN WESTERN TOILET and HOT SHOWER. What else do you need as single traveller?! Moreover the staff was VERY NICE and FRIENDLY. For the price of 135.000 Rupiah per night this is a real bargain. VERY RECOMMEND. Will come back for sure. RUMAH SHINTA RAWKS!!! :-)
