  Best Hotel i ever stay in batam. 1. Lacation just 3min walk cross the road to Ngoya Shopping Mall. ( best mall in batam all in one ) 2. Staff all are friendly and professional well English spoken. 3. Room and toilet were clean. Staying at 3rd floor and the window view not that great next to other resident.. but who care.. 4.   Big swimming, near to shopping mall, hawker ctr. Though bf can improve, but acceptable. Saturday was pack with Singaporean, therefore Sunday BF was in a mess and short of food. But others day are less people and without mess. P suite (I stay in 2021) was big and nice, one of the biggest hotel room I had stay. The room was huge and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, with us being the only ones in the pool. Having said that, when we went for breakfast the dining room was full. I think most of the guests were there for business. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again.

  Staffs are very friendly.Nice lobby. Stayed on the 8th floor facing HarbourBay Ferry Terminal. I was shocked to see that the cheapest room i have booked have a great view, nice room and extra long balcony.Really satisfied me.
