Everything! It was awesome even the food! I would stay there again. The staffs is super friendly, this lady name is augustine or augustina if im not mistaken, Something like that, she gave a damn good service. The company ought to credit her on that. I love the room even though everything was quite new but am fully satisfied. Staff is friendly too. Me and my fiancé like the bed, king size, comfortable! Toilet is clean and room with balcony!.

I would say the rooms are good,clean and nice decor. Toilet is a bit cramp but fitted with bathtub. Nice looking lobby. Near ferry terminal, great staff who are really polite and helpful, free wifi, near seafood centre and mall. 1. Friendy staff. 2. Opposite the mall and seafood resturants along the beach. Close with Harbor to Singapore. Very new therefore very clean. More variety for breakfast.. Spacious deluxe room. TV show is nice, a lot of international channel have a breakfast (normal quality) the stuff is generally good, but I was plan for 2 single beds room, but was given 1 master bed room. Staff was helpful and location is very close to the harbour bay terminal. I can't extend my stay. They should actually not gave out the rooms thats currently occupied cause they might wanna extend their stay. Outside corridor of the rooms theres a wall where there are holes on it but its damn dirty, they might wanna get it done and the swimming pool is like sea water I bet the sea water is way better, its super dirty and obviously ain't clear. All othet facilities are not ready yet when I went. Other than the swimming pool. No hair dryer in the room and what we request was bit noted by the front office! Me and fiance went to have bfast on 1st sep to have our bfast. 1st: Food at the cafe was cold. 2nd: the a long hair girl who came around 8.15am, hair was not tied and kept playing and touching her hair, the worst thing is she handle food! I'm a hotelier, this cannot be ACCEPTED! She there to work and to serve guest not for fashion show! Angeline Koh. The breakfast and lack of facilities such as Spa, KTV / Entertainment, Massage. None. no hair dryer breakfast less variaty. None that I've encounter. late topup of food during breakfast..should add more tables space. I don't see that i can do anything in the hotel eg. like activity etc. Swimming pool is small and it's 'out of order'. Breakfast spread is quite limited and slow flow if to compare to other hotel which carry the same price/per stay. GGi hotel really need to do something about the outdoor seating as the whole environment is boring. Hotel price a bit too high if all the above mentioned is not met. No facilities, breakfast not appetising. 1. Auto debit my credit card costing more than double the price of my booking. 2. Swimming pool is for rearing fish and not for swimming. (No filtering system so water is stagnant) 3. Not much choice for breakfast. 4. One of the room air-cond is not functioning anyway I ask for change of room. 5. No massage service in-house so you have to good to opposite mall. No Metered Taxi, not easy going to some where interest place. Renovation is still ongoing at some areas, was told swimming pool is open for used however there is a lot of dust in the water. Room not well cleaned. Breakfast was a disappointment. Poor food varieties. Even the porridge condiments are less than expected- only spring onion, boiled egg & salted fish:/. room is not well tidy, the paip water when open, dusky colour water come out air-conditioning is not well functioning, turn on of 16 degree is d same as 30 degree. Service was POOR and language was a huge problem. Mini bar empty, no food after 10.00 and quality of kitchen food also poor.
