Loft is a very clean and relatively new hotel. The staff speaks very good English, what makes it easy to ask things. They are really helpful as well. The rooms are proper, good beds, shower is fine but not much pressure. AC is good en sound less. We stayed here twice. Once is a deluxe room and standard room. Not really much different between those two. The standard is more noisier because it lays in the middle of the hallway. The breakfast is poor. You can choose; coffee, thee and a muffin. If.
όλα τα σχόλια » The best thing about this hotel is its staff. They are very friendly and helpful. The room is big enough for a solo traveler. Wi-Fi connection is reliable. Air conditioner works efficiently without any noise. Although there are many cafés and restaurants nearby, the coffee shop is still convenient. staff was awesome, friendly and helpful. hotel was near to legian shopping area and also kuta/legian beach. near to massage area & k mart. opposite the hotel they also have small shops that sells cheap tee's.. cheaper than d one they offer at legian streets. definitely be back!. The staff is amazing. Good location, halfway between the glamour of Seminyak and the caos of Kuta. Close to the beach though. Rooms and common areas always spotless. I stayed in this hotel twice, and during my first stay, I was on the first floor, which was a little bit noisy when the cleaning staff was working. In my second stay, my room was on a higher floor and had no such problem. breakfast should i say pathetic, booked room price with breakfast n we are only entitled for muffin & coffee/tea.. next time should just booked for rooms only without b/fast. the room is close to one another... therefore whenever ur neighbor slams door or blast d tv u could hear it. and window cannot be open. No wardrobe in the room. Poor breakfast. Window doesn't open. Very poor breakfast- muffin and coffee/tea. But in my opinion it's normal for Indonesia. Shower looks like very tired. Noisy locals on school holidays cant control their screaming children in the hallways but this seems to be in every hotel ive stayed in so far. Not good for traveler with kids, standart facilities, no toileteries, little bit dark, no parking so we hav to spent extra Rp. 40,000 for parking space in front of the hotel, and the water a little bit slippery (licin). Complementary is only consist of 2 water bottles and a small soap and shower cap, i just expected more than that,they should have at least a complete hygiene kit ( include tooth brush, tooth paste and etc) because even some of the budget hotels in bali has it. No pool. Breakfast very poor , only one muffin and coffee . Should book without breakfast. the food that was complimentary for breakfast, I ate a blueberry muffin that made me very sick for a whole day and night. Also, in the bathroom room there was a very strong sewerage oder coming from an access panel for the plumbing, i solved this problem with 10 cents worth of duct tape, i am still surprised that the staff had not made any effort to repair this before we arrived. Sound proofing need to be improved. When other guests close their doors, you could hear the loud thud. When other guests speak along the corridor, the sound travel all the way to the room. When it rained, sounds of dripping could be heard in the room. Very noisy with music from speakers clearly heard inside room. Early morning until evening. Needs small fridge in room for guests use. Plus would add extra star to hotel. the breakfast. no hot water for drink. Toilet no water hose. I specifically said that I wanted double bed room, but I was given twin beds. But apart from that, nothing really. It's a budget hotel, value for money. Then everything went downhill. Facilities = zero, no kettle, no drawers, no fridge, shower went from hot to cold and back again without notice. Price incl b,fast. That meant coffee and plain muffin from Coffee Bean. Not recommended.
