When I stayed there, I requested like flower petals to be on the bed during arrival as it was my first honeymoon but they dont have that service but still I choose to stay. The toilet was very clean than I expected as many friends have been to bali and their comments on hotel in bali was commanly on the toilet hygiene. Thumbs up for it even though it has pipe leaking. The wi-fi only worked for 2 days and we have trouble for the next 4 days there lucky we had nearby facilities like starbucks.The.

At 7am an incredibly loud woman with a microphone (louder than being right next door to a mosque!) was doing some sort of kids entertainment for independence day (although I guess this doesn't happen every day). as mentioned before a bit noisy. (just use ear props). nothing. Towel not provide after housekeeping. Need to call everytime we back to room and noticed no towels been provided after housekeeping. It was happen twice. Slight damp smell on pillows. had to change pillow. Slight spots at end of mattress cover. Managed to change. Construction right next door which room overlooked. the food (breakfast), less choices. I can smell little bit mold in the bathroom. Pillows was too high for my and my girlfriends neck. room not that big, narrow road to the hotel. room size bit small. Small parking area, the labour who working on building contruction next door are annoying (shouting & can see people who swim at the pool) makes feeling not comfortable when swim. it was located in a hidden lane/road. Sound proof very bad, cleaner and sound from neighbour is nosy , disturbing while rest. The night staff were not friendly. The bathroom was smelly and took them quite a while to fix it. We have to ask for towel, if not they won't provide it. Car park is very limited, room is small, a bit overpriced. The room wasn't clean. They didn't change the sheet but the staff was ready to do it on my demand. Surrounding hotel dirty (empty land), pool too open (expose), no hotel lobby, no parking. I requested for deluxe but when I check in, it was standard room... letsbookhotel.com simply use deluxe room n make customer booked their room... According to hotel staff... There is no booking for deluxe room via online... Room too small and uncomfortable.
