1、the receptiondest people are low action, in the first night, when we check in in middle night, it take us at least 30 mins to wait for finishing of chek-in famality

I like the design of the room and having the bed in the middle of the room and facing the screen glass window looking to the fantastic view of the city. The room is also wide enough giving a good circulation inside it. Also, wide variety of choices in the breakfast open buffet.

Wi Fi needs to be much more strong.

Friendly staff and they are prepared to take take extra efforts to help the guest.

Rooms, location, the outdoor poor,...good

1. Our room is opposite the exit gate, where is also the housekeeping room I guess,the tel ring starts around 7am and rang for a whole day .... Make us couldn,t sleep well. 2. The taxi issue, hard to get taxi and always we jump the road to get one.3. Elevators for the hotel only 3...when there is a meeting in fl 6, u have to wait 15mins to get the lift.....

As a 5-star hotel, the price is very attractive. Although its a little far from other major office buildings, but it is easy to get a taxi. Staff are helpful and kind. Good city view, good breakfast selection, good swimming pool, internet access speed is just fine but acceptable. Room is spacious enough.

If you want to eat outside, there are not many places to go. You have to walk at least 10 minutes to get to find a good restaurant.

Very good value for money, very nice room and view. Comfortable bed.

Walls to be repainted. Quality of food needs improvement - small variety of breakfast and not very tasty. Swimming pool showers are not very clean.

Spacious rooms and good value for money for staying at five star hotel while having city trips around the very heart of Jakarta

Staff could have more listened to guests. Aggressive when querying payment of services but contrary in understanding guest's needs for services.

The hotel looks huge from outside and the rooms are very spacious. A very good business hotel.

Wifi in the room was terrible. Secondly, I was expecting a bathtub, toiletries, bathrobe however none of that was available in the room.

I like the cost spended on this hotel. Quite a budget hotel

The building is full of red colour and seems to be there is no elegeance on arrangement another colour. Door is not using power window Balkon window cannot be opened

1) Disappointed this 5 stars hotel wifi so bad & I need to down grade to standard room because that room can online. 2) Dinner at coffee shop & they wrong charge my bill & the waiter said cannot change the bill & recommend write a complain letter that cause me very angry.

Large room with nice view. Close to major attractions. Reasonable breakfast and restaurant.

Train personnel in english, it is a real problem. Could organize a shuttle to the airport.

Big rooms with bath and douche. Glass wall to bathroom. Huge glass window facing the enormous city. Breakfast is quite wealthy and tasty. Comfortable bed.

Bad taste luxury of the hotel. Appropriate for after club night parties (like many guests actually do). Personnel does not make you feel at ease, busy with their hard work, not paying attention to you. No feeling of security. Vip Taxi only at the front that take much more money than it is worth. No atm machine in the hotel at all.

the location very far from every thing u will save money from this hotel and spend more for taxi its like 5-star-hotel in a slum area, poor area

when we have shower the room service just open the room without my permission i kicked him out and complined to the manager they said they thought it was empty room they didnt care at all ( how embarrising some one enter ur room while u are naked )

Your staff since to be having difficulties understanding English especially your receptionist (Front Office) staff and also your Room Service it's take half hour to deliver my order, and room service staff also difficulties to understand my request for other like (cut chillies n light soya sauce....e.g) I think you need to improve your staff speaks and understanding good English. - Shower fittings need attention - Aircon temperature control faulty (too cold even when set at 30 degrees) - Inflexible check-out policy (a business mtg went overtime, I wanted to check out at 1.30pm and staff insisted on charging me a half-day at list price. It was cheaper for me to book another day through letsbookhotel.com so I did). - I think Merlynn does not meet the criteria for 5-star status.
