The girl at the front desk is very helpful. At first, they said the double bed room already full booked, when I checked in. And offer me, twin bed room. But I need double bed, cos I bring my 2 y.o daughter with me. Then she upgrade my room to deluxe for free The breakfast is nice, with lots variety of food. The room also spacious The location of the hotel is at the center of town, so we can go everywhere easily. And it's only 5mins to Pasar Baru market.

Credit to reception staff who upgrade me to deluxe as my requirement is not available in superior. Overall this is an excellent hotel. No complaints about the room and general feel of the hotel. Good location. Nearly bandung train station,If you walk out from truth direction(south gate). Very clean, good facilities, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good service. The very strategic location and the high level of correctness. Near to pasar baru. Bangi kopitiam just around the corner.. very helpful staff especially from the frontline......... the staffs are friendly..good services and very clean. The Location. The basement is too small and dark also, hard to go up at the ramp, especially when you park at Basement2. People can smoke freely at the lobby. Room service took too long, when I asked for additional pillow & towel. The location is not great. No good restaurants nearby. The most surprising thing was that, though this is a good hotel, there was no wifi in the rooms. Just a LAN cable. Becareful, If you have backpack on your back and walk in the hotel. Nobody care of you. It is maybe a bit on the side at least from the Factory Outlet district. The street right in front of the hotel is very shabby and modest. No swimming pool. none. Bath towel need to change. The rooms are so small . No wifi connection only wired . No markets or fast food restorant near to the hotel. I dont like area park car on basement very tight, because last day I had trouble for turn u , my car was crash on wall build. difficult make it turn u, please carefully. The food is tasteless. Only the breakfast, the rest superb. High price. room lighting needs improvement,a bit dim ,insufficient lighting.wifi should be available in a room not only at the lobby area, inconveince for bussiness minded guest on the go even thpugh there is internet cable connection in the room.Sometime we just use the smartphpne and there where the room should be wifi ready. The room is so small, the bed is hard. and no refigerator. The door of bathroom is broken. The room is rather too gloomy with not enough lighting. No fridge, it takas some time to get a taxi. They charhed my credit twice for my stay Watch out. No wifi in the room. The buffet breakfast sucks! The passage way to the room is quite dark. The housekeeping only provide one pair of slipper and one toothbrush when I book for 2 pax. but our toilet clogged and it gives us bad smell. By 4.30 pm rooms were still not ready for checking-in and front desk staff gave improper/impolite short answer blaming it to the late checked out of the previous guests, clearly showing the lack of management performance. under construction. no commend. Our room firstly had to take 2 lifts to get to the location. Room and bathroom very small facilities not adequate. Definately not luxury or 4 star material. Says minibar in the advert but there is no fridge and wifi in lobby only. Surroundings not very nice. a 4 star should also have a swimming pool. Is dirty and the area is not good, give to us a not safety area. must wait about 1 hour before check in. They are not helpful, I request to call taxi for me in the reception they said "we will call for you if you are going to use our taxi or you call from your room which is chargeable”!! I think helping hotel customer to do phone call is basic roles for hotel concierge, if this hotel has one. Very bad room isolation, you can hear to street noise from their highest floor. Lies cheep on electric no frig on room no swimming bool I feel I lost time and money on it.
