Manis Homestay is situated 200 metres from Amed Beach, known for its colourful coral reefs and clear water. Offering free Wi-Fi in all areas, the Homestay provides water sports facilities on site. Staff at the 24-hour front desk can provide newspapers and barbecue facilities upon request. Leisurely afternoons can be spent fishing, cycling or exploring the area with a car. Sightseeing arrangements and airport transfers can be arranged at a charge, while free on-site parking is available. The property is a 15-minute drive from Tulamben diving spots. It takes 3 hours to drive to Ngurah Rai International Airport from the homestay. Free coffee, tea and Balinese cakes are served daily during stay. For meals, guests can head to a nearby restaurant which offers Indonesian dishes, just a 2-minute walk away.

Manis family is very friendly and very helpfull in every situation. They have helped us to organize diving and transfer to Gili Island. Any problem can be solved easily. Thanks to Kadek and Manis family for this nice stay !! Rooms are comfortable, clean and the price is very low. Breakfast is very good. The family is really nice, the do everything to make you feel ad home. We had a good room for staying two nights. It is very close to the beach and there are some restaurants close by. There is a typical half-open bathroom. Due to the seawind, you can sometimes find leaves and things in your bathroom.

Especially liked the home made ice tea and snack in the afternoon. Also arranged transport, diving trip, renting a moped and good massage!. Manis Homestay is run by a very friendly & hospitable family. My wife was invited by Manis to join her in a Hindu Ceremony. Good experience & we felt part of the family as soon as we got there. Breakfast was one of the best provided during our stay in Bali. Very good value. A very warm welcome from everybody at Manis homestay! Everyone is very helpful and super nice! It's small, cosy, the rooms are very clean and with a lot of light, and an open air bathroom with banana trees behind it! Awesome! The breakfast is also really good! :-) thx a lot!. We had accommodation from Manis homestay, we had got room of czech-in1001 and room was very closed to the beach, only 26 steps, room was clean, perfect breakfast. This accommodation we can recommend. Very close to the beach. The family is very helpful and nice. There was a welcome drink and banana. The room and the bath is amazing. Great breakfast. The best place I stayed at in Bali. I love the family and Amed they made they home mine home. A little bit Noisy because we are in the center of the Amed village, but that's where life is :). The nearest beach is not good for swimming and snorkeling, with the moped however we could visit the whole Amed area and drive to nice snorkeling spots and many restaurants. Homestay is close to Amed main street so a lot of scooter traffic.But then you get use to it as this is their main transportation as there are no public transportation other than taxis. The cold water shower on a rainy day. A little bit smell in bathroom. Can't use the wi-fi for Skype, as there is a quota on the internet usage. the noise because manis homestay is between the street and the temple. At the beginning of Amed area, a little bit far to the beach where we can snorkelling without scooter, with it s perfect !. At 6 am you are awake because of children behavior.. surroundings. The staff request to check out early, although check out time is more than one hour later due to there is guest would like to check in (say : early check in).
