Absolutely Awesome property to stay with family...very friendly
staff...neat n clean rooms...reasonably priced too...just one thing we
got a bit dissappointed with cause we were travelling with small
children the swimming pool they have is for atleast teenagers ..the
minimum depth was 4ft deep.....rather a very nice hotel to stay

My Friend and I were at the 7th Floor with a fantastic view of the
City,the Room was very clean, and was cleaned daily, Breakfast was very
good with Indian as well as Continental-Food.The Staff at the Reception
and at the Dinning-Restaurant were very friendly.We enjoyed our stay at

Very near to lale pichola and just 3-4 mins walking from other attractions like city palace and jagdish temple. Good view of lake. Very supportive staff and the owner mr.krishna was easily accessible as well. -
The location is great and hotel design is cute, more expensive rooms have great view (and they're still cheap). Great views from terrace

Good location in a nice area of Jaipur, away from the hustle and bustle of the center.
A 10 minute rickshaw ride to the pink city, and a good point to head out to explore the amber fort.

We were three friends travelling together and had booked a room with tree beds. The room was spacious, with a fan and had an ac. The sheets and towels were clean and the room was celaned every day. The staff were nice and helpful and recommended the best guide for a day, showing us the greatest sighst by tuk-tuk. Make shure you ask for Ali, Ali Baba Tours, the friendliest, nicest and funniest compannion for the day. We had e great laugh and the day is absolutely one of our best in India. Breakf

It was the best hotel I ever stayed in India during my visit. It was totally worth the price. The rooftop was amazing though pigeons were everywhere. The room was well-furnished and very modern. The buffet breakfast had sausage and watermelon, which was unexpected. -

We were made to feel instantly at home (before even getting our room keys).
I'd love to go back when the hotel has been fully completed. Reason enough to go back to Jaipur!

125 years old family owned Haveli which is converted into hotel since last 4 years. You can experience it right in the middle of modern buildings being built in Jodhpur. A superb hotel. They were very helpful and friendly. The house is an historical building and nice renewed, the bathroom- facilities are new and in a very good condition. The location was for us very good, because directly in the center it is to loud and too busy, but not at this location.
We thank you very much for the Help, we got, especially, that we could travel, fresh and relaxed even before and after using the night-trains.

Devraj Niwas is an Oasis in the centre of Jaipur. The compact gardens are incredibly well planted to create a barrier that insulates you from the city. Rooms are very comfortable and well furnished, the restaurant is excellent, staff very friendly but best of all you can sunbathe on the lawn by the small pool right in the heart of the city. -

Very pleasant,the Haveli was in a truly amazing 400 year old building hidden in the maze of streets in the old market area of Jodhpur. The room was large, clean and attractively decorated with coffee making facilities, Wi Fi, television and space for table and chairs. Friendly helpful staff and a rooftop restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Good value for the money.

This hotel was of very good quality, highly attractive with its' haveli type appearance and architecture, in a reasonably quiet location of the city, beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, with very high level of service, good food and a lovely roof top restaurant, and a dining/breakfast room on the same level. The Umaid Bhawan is a beautiful hotel with amazing decor and was a joy to stay at. the bedroom was gorgeously decorated and the staff were polite and efficient. The rooftop restauraunt provided lovely food in a relaxing surroundings and our stay was perfect in every way. We had a package which included a driver for the day and he was verey useful in describing the location and providing transport to some of the more remote sights. I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Jaipur.
