  I can honestly say that the Oberoi Grand in Kolkata provides the best service we have ever experienced in a hotel (and we have stayed in many 5 star hotels all over the world.) This hotels serves as an example of how a hotel should be run. The location is also perfect.   We had spent some time travelling around West Bengal for three weeks prior to our stay so the easy greeting and check in was great. All the staff that we spoke to seemed genuinely concerned about whether or not we were enjoying our stay. Everyone was very enthusiastic full of positive energy, which effect psychologically the human being. We stayed for more in 17 nights in this Hotel, every day was member. Staff are highly professional. The view at the Swimming pool was amazing. Foods was delicious.
