the staff on all fronts are extremely helpful and friendly and can explain details of food served and will even send you a recipee by email. they do not know the word NO. Fantastic, we have not stayed in a hotel with such a friendly attitude and service at the highest level -

The staff is incomparable. Ishrat Kaur served an amazing role as our personal butler and I rank her highly as one of the best employees (and people) I have had the pleasure of encountering. She was ever ready to take on any task or request and was exceedingly attentive to our needs as a family of 5 traveling to India for the first time.

The hotel is opulent and classy. The staff is the best we have ever
encountered, and consistently excellent. The dining is delightful and
even room service is great. The spa treatments are amazing! Went in for
a pedicure. An hour and 1/2 later I left after getting a Epicure, a
leg rub and while my polish was drying , the young man massaged my neck

Needless to say after that experience, my husband and I looted for 90
minute ful -
All the staff were very courteous and did all they could to make our
stay memorable. Even when I couldn't get complimentary breakfast
served in my room due to the hotel's policy, I called the following
morning explaining that I had two newborn babies and that it would be
impossible to go down to eat breakfast in the mornings. The duty manager
(Sachin I think is his name) was very apologetic and made an exception
for us, even coming personally to ensure our full order was delivered,

The service levels were excellent. Friendly and very helpful staff. It was my first visit to India and the advice given on where to shop (wedding clothes) and general assistance was outstanding. The hotel is new and very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and they care about the customers' comfort. The manager can help to manage train tickets, taxi, maps, however the package tours organized by hotel are inappropriate expensive with rates you can negotiate in town. I came alone to New Delhi to see around! First of all, the staff is very nice and very efficient! Anything I needed they were ready to help me. Even if I want to visit somewhere and wanted to get a tuc-tuc instead of a cab, they used to call one for me and explain the driver where they should drop me and also check the price, which is important when you are a foreign, to not be extra-charged. All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. My wife and I were overwhelmed by our stay at New Dehli Radisson Blu.
From the first contact to the last contact - from the airport chauffeur
right through to the chauffeur who dropped us off we felt very secure

Excellent hotel close to the airport. Complementary airport shuttle, Wi-Fi, Breakfast and even Bottled Water which is a rarity amongst 5* hotels in New Delhi. Thai restaurant is simply superb – probably the best Thai food I have had. Rooms are very nice. Outdoor pool area is very relaxing. A couple of nice bar/lounge areas. Really can’t fault this hotel, will definitely return.
