The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived to the moment I
left. There were so many personal touches that it is is impossible to
mention them all! Location is fantastic for the sea, restaurants, colaba
etc. the room was in pristine condition with many complimentaries on
arrival. Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much

did not gt the chance to try. I would 100% recommend the Trident! -
This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely.
Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

Everything! The place is fantastic with great service and extremely professional attitude of hotel staff. We arrived late at night, at a sister hotel and were immediately transferred to the Oberoi with complete efficiency. The facilities and food were 1st class and the staff were outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. -

I called earlier for request to early check-in but your staff clearly told that not possible and when I go by letsbookhotel.com fortunately I got early check in. I think your staff attending the business call are not properly polished. -

We stayed only one night. Checked in at about 7 pm and checked out at 11
am. The room was clean and spacious. We were told it was overlooking the
pool but actually it mainly overlooked the roof top of part of the hotel
lobby. The Staff was friendly and courteous. Food at the Red Zen was
okay. Breakfast spread was quite nice and the service was good. I would
definitely recommend the Hotel to others.

Beautifully appointed, this hotel has all the trappings of luxury. Great view from my room. Fantastic staff who cater to one's every need. I was too busy to avail myself of the facilities but spa, gym and swimming pool all looked great. Very good restaurants offering traditional Indian, European and Chinese cuisine. Wonderfull experience: a very professional, high end approach but with a fun and humorous twist. First time ever I felt so welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Small but important wishes and desires were remembered and taken care of (food allergies, preference for breakfast, room temperature, preferred cushion).

Waouw!!!!! Superbly superb. I am used to go to Bombay but it was the first time I stayed at Four Seasons, because I knew their excellent roof-top bar; AER. It is really perfection. It's a five-star hotel but really the best I've visited till now.
