I love the uniqueness of the hotel - it didn't feel like a cookie-cutter or formulaic version of a luxury hotel, like so many hotels that belong to chains. It is a hotel with great character and charm. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly also. -

The service levels were excellent. Friendly and very helpful staff. It was my first visit to India and the advice given on where to shop (wedding clothes) and general assistance was outstanding. All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants. been approx 19000 rp for two nights and was charged approx 21000rp. The
staff checked and said it was to do with Luxury Tax. My booking did
include 18.5% tax. Reply please Not happy !!

The hotel is opulent and classy. The staff is the best we have ever
encountered, and consistently excellent. The dining is delightful and
even room service is great. The spa treatments are amazing! Went in for
a pedicure. An hour and 1/2 later I left after getting a Epicure, a
leg rub and while my polish was drying , the young man massaged my neck

Needless to say after that experience, my husband and I looted for 90
minute ful -
All the staff were very courteous and did all they could to make our
stay memorable. Even when I couldn't get complimentary breakfast
served in my room due to the hotel's policy, I called the following
morning explaining that I had two newborn babies and that it would be
impossible to go down to eat breakfast in the mornings. The duty manager
(Sachin I think is his name) was very apologetic and made an exception
for us, even coming personally to ensure our full order was delivered,

the staff on all fronts are extremely helpful and friendly and can explain details of food served and will even send you a recipee by email. they do not know the word NO. Fantastic, we have not stayed in a hotel with such a friendly attitude and service at the highest level -

The pleasantness of your staff especially during the breakfast on the 2nd floor. For the guys nothing was trouble. They would go out of their way to make sure that we were attended to. Thanks to the wonderful Mr. Kashish who was so professional and warm and of course the others as well. -

Excellent hotel inside, outside is not good but then nowhere outside in Delhi is very good. Don't be put off by the outside appearence of the hotel--when you go inside it's a transformation. Business room was a good size (HUGE bed!) and with fridge & safe in the room.
Breakfast was a good mix of Western & local dishes. Freshly made omelettes were delicious.
Staff friendly, efficient & helpful.
Security on the door was a positive.
Location was good too - close to Connaught Place & good for getting our bearings in New Delhi. It's also not too far from Old Delhi. It's also close to a key metro station.

The hotel is situated about two minutes walk from Khan Market in central New Delhi, which is really good. It also serves as a good starting point for going (by car) to other parts of New Delhi.
