Firstly, the location: Delhi can be mad and sometimes maddening, especially old Delhi, so it was nice to go back to the quiet of the Karol Bagh neighborhood at the end of each day. Secondly, the room is fantastic! Clean, bright and comfortable. Shower was excellent and i love that they have many power points around the room and one by the bed to charge my phone! Also the wifi was strong in the room. All other places we stayed at during our India trip had poor or non-working wifi so it was reall.

They had offer airport pick up for rs 700 and I book it as my flight was at night time and I had from my parents that in delhi taxi people scam. There pick up was at time on airport and when I arrive to this place it was awesome it was same rooms which me and my husband saw on pictures only the thing was it is. If you want to understand the definition of hospitality then stay in Hospitality, it’s the literal word exemplified in every minute details. You stay here for the following reasons: 1. Get a feel of real old Delhi 2. Its 5 mins walk to Karol Bargh, without crossing the road 3. Excellent inexpensive restaurants within easy reach 4. Its clean, safe and well maintained 5. Incredible rate for Delhi 6. Mr.Shaini is one of the best professional I have meet from the hotel industry, he is a senior citi. This Place is Fantastic, When we arrive in the hotel we was afraid after seeming the small alley on the back side, but when we enter the door every thing was perfect, the old gentle man who shown us two rooms and said choose which one you like, it was nice from him, the rooms was very big also lot of space for bags clean bathroom, couple of free mineral water and free bed tea, breakfast in this place was the best breakfast in hole trip of 2 weeks , the staff is so helpful, they arrange a cab f. Like other ratings already mentioned: the hotel is hard to find but it is not impossible. When we arrived we didn't know if we were in the right hotel. The first impression you get is walking up very narrow stairs. Somebody was sitting at the reception who barely understood or spoke English. You'll think now: Why is he putting all of this in positive? There is staff who don't understand you, but they immediately call someone who can help you and will definately help you if there is any problem . Great Hospitality in central Delhi. Based on recommendations from different travelers, I booked this place and apart from the cleanliness of the place and warm Hospitality and I would like to add some other features . 1- Airport pick up is great help , specially when you are new to city , inr 600 is genuine price the hotel charges and it was a help . 2 - I was not sure about food , but I had their breakfast and it was all good no delhi belly. 3 - There are few cheap eatries around but I would r. The hotel is not easy to find on the first sight. When you drive through the street you have to drive slowely and watch carefully. The first impression you get is walking up very narrow stairs. There was someone at the reception who barely spoke English. But if they can't help you, they immediately call for someone who can (and speaks english) and tries to fullfill every wish you have. All went smooth from airport pick up on wards. Our room was spacious with a big window. Air conditioning in room was good so was the Hot Shower. But Big Plus goes to them for organising our Trip to Himalaya And Rajasthan . Great Trip at Budget Price , I would say Hospitality home is One stop Shop for all your travel needs / plans. we contacted them before arrival and they proposed us an itinerary as per our c. It is Very Good for a solo lady traveler as well other all because it is run by a family, who treat us as a family member, we was take care very well from the owner any thing we need from towel till hair dryer all time we got free mineral water which saving us a little couple of money every time, as the breakfast the provide was the best breakfast I had in india trip, I really love to stay here a lot , the room was superb spotless bathroom but I was already book my train ticket and I could not . I was there to sit an exam located close to channa market. so location was a key to me. requested an airport pickup. The driver was there on time. the place is located in an up stair in an alley, but I didnt care as it was a bed and breakfast. extremely clean rooms, good ac, comfortable bed, clean linen and clean bathroom. that all i wanted. home cooked delicious North Indian vegetarian breakfast. helpful owner, plenty of places to eat around, close to Karol Barr metro about 300m. very good. Amazingly service. I have stayed here just for one night. The rooms are better clean then other places I stayed in India, the bathrooms was much cleaner , hot shower any time you want. The breakfast was delicious don't be disappointing from the entrance because inside it is much better then hotels, I think in hotel the entrance is nice but rooms are dirty. This hotel was booked by our corporate staff and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. The staff goes out of their way to make sure that guests have a pleasant stay. They ensure the Indian ethos "Athithi Devo Bhav" (A guest is god) is reflected by the way they treat guests. Wi-Fi is free and fast! Complimentary Breakfast, though minimalistic, is good. If anyone asked for anything reasonable, that was not on the table, the owner and the staff would have it made. Highly recom. Thanks to Team Hospitality Home , I had a wonderful stay not only in New Delhi but across my travel in India. Known for their Hospitality , they went out of the way to help me book some train / Bus tickets at honest price and also find me an experienced Taxi driver to travel to Agra and Jaipur/ Golden Triangle tour. Guest houses recommended by them in those places worked well , they were also clean and value for money as Hospitality Home is. I am happy to book HH as they sorted out all my trave. It was a great experience! The airport pick-up was great, the driver was there when I got out of the exit door. The b&b is in such a lovely neighborhood away from the noise and crowd of the city. My room was really clean, to be honest it was the cleanest room I've stayed in India! And the hot water works the moment you open the sink, such a luxury! The bed was clean, comfortable. Apart from my clean room and bathroom with hot shower, what i enjoyed most was lovely company of Mr sahney (owner) a real Gentleman . Also he helped me book my train tickets and city tour. Hospitality Home is a simple but cleanest place in this price during my travel . Staff is competent and service is quick. I spent few nights there and I really enjoy my stay. The owner is very nice, very helpful. You can ask him every information or service you need, he will give you an answer, The staff is also very good and efficient. The metro station is quite close to the hotel and you can find all the services around (laundry, restaurant internet cafe, etc...) They manage to find me a taxi at 4.30am to reach the train station. I recommand you this place,. The staff was so nice and helpful. They took care of everything for me and you could really trust them. They weren't like many other people I met who tried to just point you to their friends. The room/rate/payment were all exactly as advertised. The manager was the most gracious and sincere person I met in India. Both the Indian and western breakfast selections were good. The staff here definitely made our stay enjoyable hopefully we will be back soon!. It is a awesome place great people clean room . good and hot indian breakfast they provide free bottle of water as many as you want. They also help us to arrange train ticket which we could not find by our self. I would say this place is super to start your india journey. There's a warmth to the management here that I really like. value for money, caring people, clean, very polite. Clean rooms, comfortable with good facilities. fewer rooms managed by family, service good. The entrance, but its getting renovated. Nothing special , but it will be better if they can manage to have front entry , I guess they are working on it. At the moment they have back lane entry but dont worry you can easily find them. if you are new to delhi and coming by air, better to ask for airport pickup, as it is little difficult to find the place. surrounding street is not that great, but its india , you cant help with that. If they can add more western options in Breakfast. nothing. No Negative points. No Negative points. Nothing special. Hard to find for the first time in a narrow street. Nothing. all good. As hh has back entrance , better book with them airport pick up !. The reception area - but that would not stop me from going there again. The attendants are little bit lazy and slow! But they are all very hinest which is a great virtue as well as asset for this "home". That means, we may easily forgive them for this very tiny matter. If it was possible to get the lunch and dinner at the hotel, it will be perfect. Nothing. Location is hard to find. Lots of steps to lobby and no elevator. Reception should be kept more clean.
