I liked the staff as very helpful . they provided me with an early checkin . Good location . There wasa wedding most night which I loved as fun to watch all the festivities and gorgeous clothes they all wore. -

The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived to the moment I
left. There were so many personal touches that it is is impossible to
mention them all! Location is fantastic for the sea, restaurants, colaba
etc. the room was in pristine condition with many complimentaries on
arrival. Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely.
Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

Everything! The place is fantastic with great service and extremely professional attitude of hotel staff. We stayed in Room 616 and it had city view- right from entering the room, we were really WOWed by the decor and comfort of the room. 5 star service and that too for under 30k INR incl taxes n breakfast for 3 nights. We arrived late at night, at a sister hotel and were immediately transferred to the Oberoi with complete efficiency. The facilities and food were 1st class and the staff were outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. -

Exccellent quality hotel, stayed in a deluxe (superior) room, all brand new and good facilities (gym, roof pool) and especially the restaurant was great with fine decor and friendly serviceminded staff. The hotel is close to good shopping options, but is a bit distant if you want to be closer to the old city, gateway of India and other attactions.

Concierge staff were very helpful in getting me Tuk Tuk or taxi in
reasonable price and negotiating with those drivers in Hindi. The
location is perfect if you attend a conference at the Renaissance
Conventional Center. Easy to access nice restaurants along Powai lake

I was on a business trip so just stayed for 1 night only, My check in
was smooth at 10:00 pm and staff was courteous.My requirement to stay

Upon arrival at the hotel to attend a conference, I was upgraded to a luxury suite which was awesome! Great view. My luggage arrived a day behind my arrival and when it did arrive, the handle was not working. The staff at the Taj Lands End were incredibly helpful to ease my stress and offered to have the baggage fixed the same day. I never considered staying at the Taj until now; 100% perfection.

I am a regular traveller since 1992 I have stayed in most hotels in Mumbai from 5 Star to 3 star.
This hotel is situated in an excellent venue. The rooms are bit small but don't grumble it is still an excellent value for money. Though I book thru letsbookhotel.com I was not offered breakfeast but when I arrived in the hotel I made sure that before I sign up for the room, I asked Roshan at the counter that I needed to see the room. Myself and my wife were offered FREE Breakfeast for 9 days. The

This is the best hotel in mumbai (andheri) I ever stayed. Well the
facilities they provide is excellent. Free airport drop, free high speed
wifi... Room service cheaper than restaurant!!! I will stay in this
