  The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. There were so many personal touches that it is is impossible to mention them all! Location is fantastic for the sea, restaurants, colaba etc. the room was in pristine condition with many complimentaries on arrival. Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » trouble. There is also a pool and spa facilities which I unfortunately did not gt the chance to try. I would 100% recommend the Trident! - This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely. Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

  The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home and well taken care of. the level of care and attention was over the top. however, the actual hotel needs upgrades in systems operation, e.g. the elevators. i did not like the fact that i could not open the window, either.// the business centre is okay and the staff there are super great,... τι λέει ο κόσμος » but in fact you must pay a hefty fee per hour to use the internet and it's quite expensive to use it in your room, as well. the hotel should listen - Wonderfull experience: a very professional, high end approach but with a fun and humorous twist. First time ever I felt so welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Small but important wishes and desires were remembered and taken care of (food allergies, preference for breakfast, room temperature, preferred cushion).
