  The apartments were spacious by European standards and they were ideally located near City Center. They were cleaned daily and everything worked reasonably well. The internet connection was a bit shaky at times and was a dsl line. The tv was likewise weird, having at times 150 channels, then 6! All British satellite coverage.   The staff was superb! The desk personnel were extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding the sites to visit, excursions to take and places to eat. The cleaning staff was diligent in getting your room clean and tidy yet left personal items as you left them.   Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. A big thank you to Jose, Marcus and Lisa for making my stay so special. No extra charges if you need to have your clothes washed and free coffee.
