Location is good, may be the only place where you can stay for that
small price in this region. Not everybody likes shower and toilet
outside the cottage but the price was really good. And we had shower in
swimming pool (anyway it's good opportunity in Iceland to spend 1-2
hours in swimming pool with hot tubs after long day of travelling, I
would recommend everybody to use this opportunity) Also the lobster
restaurant just near the swimming pool and not far away from cottages is

nice cozy cottages, small room with table and hot plate with a separate bedroom. We had 2 kids with us so they gave us bunkbeds. Perfect. Shower and toilet near by.

Fairly large, multi-room cottage that is well kept with fresh linens provided. Very budget-friendly.

They charge for wifi and showers (albeit, still reasonable). There's no after hours key return. A little hard to find as they're have little-to-no signage. No cookware provided or cutlery provided.
There was only one shower per washroom so there was a long wait for a shower in the morning.
Internet not free. Hot water to take a shower is not free, you must pay 50kr per 2 minutes but the machine only accepts coins of 50kr, so make sure you have that coin if you want to take a shower with hot water.
You have to pay for everything, even for shared shower. Cottage lacks cookware and cutlery - you can rent it at the reception.
Not really enough toilets and showers for the number of people who wanted to use them. 1 mattress was really nice the other was old and I could feel the springs. Good swimming pool near by!.
We stayed another night in a cabin that costed a bit less, then this one, but was so much better - with a hot tub and kitchen and 3 bedrooms and everything we might need. So it's not the best choice, but good enough to stay a night for people who don't need much of comfort.
Bathrooms were out of order, so we had to use the ones in the reception,
which were some meters away.
When the weather is bad, going outside to toilet and shower is not nice. (50kr for 2 minutes shower, only one shower room).
The amenities you got IN the cottages are not what you would have thought from the advertising. You would have thought from the ad that the "shared facilities" would be inside every individual cottage rather than "shared" the outside facility and the common dining area in the office building ! The
Ad should be more Precise without misunderstanding for the visitors.

It was specified on letsbookhotel.com that the cottages could fit 4 persons only. Being a group of 5, we booked 2 cottages.
It turns out that they can actually fit 6 persons... would have saved us a few hundreds €€€...
Only 2 paid showers for all camping.
For the same price is possible accomodation BaB or simple hotel.
No toilets in those expensive cottages. You pay a 3-star hotel price but just for a better-than-cramping facilities.

You need to pay for the shower additionally 50kr for 2 minutes. Even though there is no running water inside the cottage we had to wash the hotel dishes ourselves. Additionally we had to sweep the floor before leaving. This is definitely NOT what we have expected after paying 100 EUR per night.

We did not book the cottage with sheets - we had to pay 1500 k per
person for sheets and a towel - the bathroom facilities were all outside
- the cottage was outside, and it was rainy, which is typical of
Iceland. It was not a pleasant stay, although really cheap for the area.
The staff was not friendly. They charge extra for bedding, for internet connection and even for the shower. The house was unclean and etc. I couldn't recommend this hotel to other travelers.
nothing to cover the body when sleeping. cold inside. it's not very clean and the wc is outside the house. You have to pay to take the shower!.
the name is Misleading Like a prison cell not a coteg ,it is a Tourist Trap (Charge of Shower by minutes)
