This is a quaint hotel very typical of small Hungarian and Slovak hotels and should not be compared with 5 star "Best Western" , all samey-as-anywhere-else-style hotels. This is a simple guest house but a very good one with excellent facilities for the money.
The villa is a 10-minute walk down to the lakeside and the walk itself is very pleasant.

Owners were VERY friendly and helpful. Bike hire was available from Eden Villa. Big front yard with lots of grass, trees, seating, a wood fire oven and spa. Only 2kms from Lake Balaton.

very nice place for a transit trip between Poland and Chroatia (early autum) but I think it has a lot of advantages during the high season as well.
Comfortable bed and really nice view from the balcony. My wife was happy of the place, it is worth to go. -

Bella Villa is a lovely place to stay. Someone picked us up from the airport and took us straight there, was no hassle at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful and told us where to go and what to avoid. The location is great, minutes from the lake and all the bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here. -
