Nice family run Panzio in one of the best locations in Tokaj. But don't expect a 5 Star place: the Bar Fridge is NOT a mini fridge in your room, where you pay maxi prices to be your own barman; it's a big fridge in the bar, where the owner and his family serve the drinks at friendly Hungerian prices. Cheers! -

Good location within walking distance from the old town and the Valley of Beautiful Women. Comfortable, spacious rooms and a nice courtyard open to guests. While breakfast was not included, the guest breakfast room was well stocked with plates and glasses as well as coffee and tea. -

Very helpful staff, and moderately good English speaker, which helped. The restaurant she recommended was very good and again a nice value. The rooms were very clean, pleasant, well accommodated and a very reasonable value. It was a 14 minute walk into town, which was acceptable. A big YES for this place. Location could not be better, the view from the room was awsome: panorama to the castle and cathedral. Rooms are extremly clead and nice furbished. The Imola Udvarhaz is ideally situated next to the castle in the beautiful old spa town of Eger. Everything was spotlessly clean; the breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was excellent.
