  The apartment manager – Mr. Csaba was very nice and helpful. He is always trying to find a better solution for the customer. We were there during the World dog show and he prepared the welcome gifts for our dogs. The apartment was big enough, full of day light, with big balcony, with full equipped kitchen and bathroom. They are flexible regarding check- out times (we checked out at 1pm and it was absolutely fine with them.)   The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

  Very central location, the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English, which definitely isn't a given in Hungary! I had booked the apartment instead of a normal room (by accident, purely) and the huge condo for €29/night was excellent value for money! Lots and lots of room, high ceilings and quiet neighbours. Would definitely recommend this apartment ro - Excellent location, everything is within walking distance, but there is also an underground station (Blaha Lujza ter on M2) right in front of the hotel. Because it's not central located, prices in shops and restaurants are up to 75% lower, plenty of them around the corner. Quiet beautifull old building, big rooms, clean, very helpfull staff (our bus for the next day was cancelled, but they found another one and also made the reservation for us), safe building and area. I would say it's good val

  Everything was excellent. staff was nice, room was clean and apartment was totally equiped (plates, cups, settings, pots, saucepans), which was wonderful. hotel was really close to the center of town and only 50 metres to subway station.
