  Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

  Location is good: subway station, tram station in front of the hotel. Currency exchange office at the corner.   The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

  As we were travelling with three relatively small children and wanted to explore Budapests historical and turist spots we were extremely happy about the location of the app. The app was perfectly clean and plesently furnitured. Also, when we did have some problems with our apartment (I.E. shower drain not working, toilet dripping and causing the floor to be wet), staff were very helpful. The staff were great!! Overall, we had a very positive experience.

  We were absolutely amazed by this hotel. We work for an airline and visit many hotels, but this was by far the BEST HOTEL we have ever stayed in.
