Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby.
The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent.

Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. Tjhe apartment was cleaned, bathroom amenities and even washing detegrant provided on a daily basis. The service is excellent and worth of 5 stars. We defenitel

We had a large apartment that was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

staff is young,fun and extremely helpful in just about anything...hotel is very new,modern,easy to get around inside,location is the best,right in the center of everything,even walking distance...restaurant is very hip,food is gourmet at affordable prices...there is even a garage in the basement and the rooms have balconies,which is usually rare in
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » budapest hotels that are in the city center - What I liked during my stay at the Queen's Court Hotel and Residence was great location because you can go everywhere by foot.However it has underground garage which was very useful.Silver suite where we stayed had a lot of comfort and it was tidied. Facilities includes sauna, indoor swimming pool and jacuzi.These can make you relaxed after long-hour walks.I strongly recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent stay at the Budapest residence! It started when we
arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from
Krakow and did not arrive until 2am. The concierge (I believe his name

The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short
vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are
the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located
within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The
artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with
information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on
some bookings.

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » Le toutà proximité du centre! (Déak Tér) - As it only 2 yrs old, the apartment is in excellent condition. It was spotlessly clean. The balcony was a good size and looked out over the central courtyard. Within 30 mtrs of the apartment are two great restaurants, and it is well placed for the city centre attractions. It also only 5mins from Deak Ferenc Ter where all the Metro's connect. Recommend it.

We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons.
The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later.

The apartment was in a convenient location, clean, spacious and
comfortable. It was equipped for all our basic needs and the staff were
friendly, welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our "home from
home" during our 3 days in Budapest and would definitely aim to

The staff were extremely helpful with everything - booking taxis, information, etc. From the moment we arrived to departure, they were always on hand to assist. The location is ideal with access to all areas on the doorstep. The rate for a central hotel with such service was excellent. We could not fault this hotel and would strongly recommend it
