Excellent staff. Very helpful. Always at the desk and willing to go above and beyond to help. Staff called the airport shuttle to make sure they were coming to pick me up. This hotel provides good service at decent prices. We booked two executive rooms, which while relatively compact, provided all we needed. We arrived early, before our rooms were ready, but with our (discounted) exec rooms we spent some time on the excellent executive terrace & lounge, with free drinks and a great view of the river. This ia more of a big business hotel of course, but for us it was a usefull one-night stop on our Road Trip. Breakfast (also in the exec lounge) was quite good.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, i'd pre booked the airport shuttle before going but booked the return leg at the hotel, this got overlooked for whatever reason and when i checked the following morning they realised their mistake and rectified it even though it was the same day as departure. My husband and I were traveling through Europe for 25 days. This hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The staff was very polite, helpful and professional. The room was large, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and our room was quiet. The breakfast was about 7.50 euros extra but so very worth the money. Fantastic European fare

When I arrived at the airport, I got the disturbing news that my bagage had stayed behind in Berlin. It was a stupid mistake of my own doing to pack my life threatening disease medication in my suitcase. Fabulous Hotel. Staff extremely helpful. Rooms spotless. In an excellent location 5 minutes walk from the Opera House, 5 minutes to main shopping area. Great - very central - location (the main metro station is just a few meters away), helpful and polite staff, and the rooms were very large and comfortable. We found the complimentary breakfast quite sufficent and we were able to park our car right in front of the hotel (free of charge). - The room was exactly as in the pictures,good size , clean
