Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. He even gave us a lift to the central market hall.

Honesty of the owner and the level of commitment that he has to provide
the best service for us was amazing!!! The system overbooked and even
though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners
integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution
was the most anyone has ever done to provide a service over and beyond

This place is AMAZING. I couldn't believe what we got for the price. It's simply beautifully designed and so much space-- really a whole apartment! Perfect location close to great street with many restaurants and park, city centre, walking distance to Opera and Parliament.
Luxury, design and clean accommodation. We stayed with 1,5 year old girl and the apatrment was perfect for her use. Nothing to break, kitchen and nice babycot plus perfect babychair.

Very friendly staff.
Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room.
Rooms were lovely and spacious.
Staff happy to assist in booking taxis/tickets to the Szechenyi baths & other attractions.

The apartment was a lot bigger than i expected and terrific value for money. The apartments are ideally located with a 5/10 min to the Danube and about a 15/20 min walk to city park. Nice staff, the recepcionist was reading Arany János, which qualifies for A+++++ rating in itself. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped also. The building has its own underground parking lot, which is definitely an advantage in this part of town. The main highlight of BPHome is the superb location: the House of Parliament, the Danube, the Basilica and the Andrássy Boulevard are in 5-10 minutes walking distance.

It was an apartment and not a hotel and obviously you know that before booking so do not expect the hotel reception or Breakfast.
For an apartment it was really good and the staff quite helpful in a way that they send me the email couple of days back confirming my arrival alongwith the travel direction from airport.
Location excellent as it is in the Pest area and i guess Buda area has quite costly hotels.
It is diagonally opposite to the Great Synagogue, 10 min from Opera House, 10 min to St.
