the staff were very helpful n efficient. location was excellent. the morning buffet spread was very expansive too. - The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel is well connected with metro, bus and trams and commuting was easy. I would stay in this hotel again if I visit Budapest again.

Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. He even gave us a lift to the central market hall.

Honesty of the owner and the level of commitment that he has to provide
the best service for us was amazing!!! The system overbooked and even
though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners
integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution

Great place. Great location. Nice access to the city with Szeczeny spa just across the park. The place was clean and stuff was very helpfull. Everything in the hotel is still very new. The location of the hotel is just perfect - it is one block away from
Hero Square and the metro station that takes you directly to the city
centre. The room was spacious and with a really nice design, the bed was
comfortable and big. Everything was very clean and had a nice smell. The
bathroom was very nice as well, with a big shower. We parked the car on
the pavement in the street near the hotel, which was for free (at least
during weekend), so we didn't have any expenses with the parking.

Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room.

Staff happy to assist in booking taxis/tickets to the Szechenyi baths & other attractions.

We had a four bedroom apartment and it worked out great!! It had two
bathrooms and we were all very comfortable. Also, when we did have some
problems with our apartment (I.E. shower drain not working, toilet
dripping and causing the floor to be wet), staff were very helpful. The

Hotel was really comfortable; staff was really helpful and friendly. For a four stars hotel I would expect little bit more, but everything was fine for me during this short stay in Budapest. Hotel is really close to lot of sights, just a short walk from Parliament. Breakfast buffet was well stuffed and had a lot of options.

Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!
