  Starr in Hotel is an excellent choice. We stayed for 5 days there and we had problem with nothing. It was perfectly clean, and comfortable. We had our room cleaned and towels/sheets changed every day. It 's location is also perfect, as it is close to everywhere in the city center and you can go around on feet. Also, when we did have some problems with our apartment (I.E. shower drain not working, toilet dripping and causing the floor to be wet), staff were very helpful. The staff were great!! Overall, we had a very positive experience.

  The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. Rooms are very comfortable and everything looks new, but don't expect a lot of free space. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!
