Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. He even gave us a lift to the central market hall.

Honesty of the owner and the level of commitment that he has to provide
the best service for us was amazing!!! The system overbooked and even
though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners
integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution
was the most anyone has ever done to provide a service over and beyond

I kentriki tou topo8esia (dipla se sta8mo metro kai tram) kai arketes epiloges gia fagito/diaskedasi stin perioxi. - The Hotel's location, just by the mall, specially with the inside door thru mall which one we could easily go to without getting outside during those coldest days. The king bed and shower were amazing. - sleep ;)

I loved everything about the Opera Gardens Hotel. Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room.
Rooms were lovely and spacious.
Staff happy to assist in booking taxis/tickets to the Szechenyi baths & other attractions.

Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

The apartment was a lot bigger than i expected and terrific value for money. The apartments are ideally located with a 5/10 min to the Danube and about a 15/20 min walk to city park. 1. I really liked the staff - really helpful and friendly - only one person didn't speak good English but that didn't matter as long as he understood what we wanted

Nice staff, the recepcionist was reading Arany János, which qualifies for A+++++ rating in itself. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped also. The building has its own underground parking lot, which is definitely an advantage in this part of town. The main highlight of BPHome is the superb location: the House of Parliament, the Danube, the Basilica and the Andrássy Boulevard are in 5-10 minutes walking distance.

Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!
