Henrietta and her family were awesome. The hotel is located close to the train station and downtown so you can walk both ways easily. The staff was very attentive, the breakfast was great (hand made eggs) and Henrietta went out of her way to have us meet the family and insure that our stay was perfect. I would stay here anytime and recommend it highly to all types of guests looking for a clean, friendly, family run hotel that truly cares about its customers. όλα τα σχόλια »
What a wonderful Penzion. Great outside grounds and our room was perfectly comforable and clean. We went to the castle and wine caves. Our stay was just what we needed after our Prague city adventure. We so much enjoyed all of Eger.
It was the perfect place for my holiday, the staff were great, breakfast was awesome and the room was great.
Location was fine, not far from city centre, train- and busstation. Breakfast was okay.

The staff and the location are fabulous.

The front door is always locked, so you have to ring the bell every time you return and some one has to lock it behing you every time you leave, that's quite anoying.
My rooms wasn't cleaned, nor were my towels changed during my stay.
Rooms are apparently not made up in Hungary when there are multiple night stays! No air conditioning and it was warm!.
Two single rooms, but I booked late so no complaints.
The breakfast could be improved.
1.The hotel is about 10 mins from the centre - not in the centre.
2.They make you pay cash - don't have credit card facility - adds to your costs as you must pay the ATM charge.
3. Too expensive - many pensions in Eger offer rooms for just 3000 Forints - they charge 9000 Forints - no need to reserve in advance even.
4. INTERNET was not working - no refund given for that !!
5. Breakfast v simple.
