Loved the hotel, clean, warm, friendly, excellent value for money, sort walk up the oppisite road takes you to the metro, where you buy a 24 hour ticket for little money, this allows you to use the tram, metro and buses all day, brilliant. Definitely worth the money...

Thoroughly loved the apartment, it was larger than expected and the five of us were very comfortable. A short walk to the metro or tram gives access to the city. Budapest is a great city and definitley worth visiting and Brigitta made us feel at home from the start. Don't miss this beauty in district nine. -

Very nice hotel, situated in a quiet apartments neighbourhood, with 3 supermarkets nearby, with easy access to public transport (tram 14 station is 2 streets away and gets you to a metro station for all lines). The hotel is fifteen minutes-walk from the city center and two minutes-walk from the metro and tram. About the hotel: The services they describe on the internet are exactly the ones that you will get, so I would recommend to stay here. I really liked this new, fresh and modern appartment! It was well equipped with all the kitchen stuff as well as a CD-player, DVD-player, washing machine, dishwasher, a bathroom with a bathtub as well as nice, modern, adequate furniture and comfortable beds. There was a balcony in the courtyard and there were even some DVD-films that you could use. I loved everything about the Opera Gardens Hotel. Very friendly staff.
Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room.
Rooms were lovely and spacious.
Staff happy to assist in booking taxis/tickets to the Szechenyi baths & other attractions.

Perfect location close to great street with many restaurants and park, city centre, walking distance to Opera and Parliament.
Luxury, design and clean accommodation. We stayed with 1,5 year old girl and the apatrment was perfect for her use. Nothing to break, kitchen and nice babycot plus perfect babychair.
