We spent four nights here and from being picked up from the Airport by Ferenc himself, to arriving back at the airport to come home, our stay was totally stress free from start to finish.

Superior apartment with entrance to the private roof terrace from living- and bedroom was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It gives a relaxing and private stay at the residential building. Good free wifi, good tableware, large sofa, table and chairs at the terrace, air conditioning, non smoking apartment. Corvin Setany square and shopping center are modern; you have all shops, currency exchange with better rates (small commission) and some restaurants at your footstep. Location is good, just

The apartment was clean, nice and convenient for a solo or couples and it is recommended from my side and will definetly consider it in my future visits to Budapest......Adding an intercom for the main door would be great and tall people should take care of their heads due to the low ceiling of the bedroom (duplex). Add more English channels also

This is really fantastic apartment. Very well equipped (microwave, tea-coffe mackers, toaster, owen....) spotlessly clean, satelite tv, stereo, air condition, wirless wifi, welcome bottle of wine. 2 big supermarkets (tesco and spar) on the street. 5 minutes walk to metro line, bus station infront of the apartment. Jewish quater just behind the apartment with lot of restaurants and bars.Owner Francesco is great....you will never regret renting this apartment.

I can't recall staying in a better city centre hotel than this and all at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. The conversion from a venerable old residence to a modern comfortable hotel has been carried out with style and panache. There is quality everywhere you look and the

We loved everything about the hotel.We upgraded our room and stayed in a wonderful junior suite on the fifth floor.It was quiet,clean,big and the bathroom had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi.Plenty of closet space and a great bed.The staff was polite and very helpful.They spoke excellent English.They booked restaurants,massages and ordered taxis.I would defenitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.We also liked its situation,district 8.we walked everywhere.Good job!!!

As a solo traveller celebrating my birthday at the time of my stay I received a superb recommendation for a nearby restaurant for dinner & was looked after at the Bohem Art bar by being given a complimentary bottle of champagne!

The hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. Queries via e-mail were
responded promptly. They have a reasonably priced parking 20 meters from
the hotel. We were pleased that they allowed us to leave the car in the

A great hotel to see Budapest. Whether you are with friends or family, the metro is only 5 minutes away. And being just a bit out of the city centre guarantees you a good night sleep. Breakfast is very good. The free bubbles, that little extra touch. We would definitely come back.

This apartment was delightful. We had just come from a shabby place in Vienna to Fraser and realized immediately this was in a different class (with a better price). From the time that we arrived, everything went smoothly at the Fraser
Residence. The staff were always attentive if anything was needed. Two
different metro stops were close by so it made it easy to get to the
center of town. Wifi and internet worked wonderfully well the entire

We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons.
The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later.

Πρόκειται για πολύ "σικ" ξενοδοχείο, που παντρεύει πολύ πετυχημένα τις ανέσεις ενός superior 4-stars hotel με το παραδοσιακό, αρχοντικό στυλ της Βούδας. Σίγουρα μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι, το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλαχτα και αν ξαναπάμε στη Βουδαπέστη πάλι εκεί θα μείνουμε. - Μεγάλο, άνετο δωμάτιο πολύ καλό μπάνιο. Πολύ καλή τιμή για αυτά που προσφέρει

We had an excellent stay at the Budapest residence! It started when we
arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from
Krakow and did not arrive until 2am. The concierge (I believe his name

The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short
vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are
the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located
within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The
artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with
information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on
some bookings.

We were greeted on arrival, given an induction and left to it. If we
needed any help we were provided with telephone numbers if we needed to
contact anyone. Plus the cleaning lady lives next door so if we needed
any clean towels she was there.The room we had, Raphaello, was a very
big room and it was lovely with big high ceilings and big windows.

The apartment is spacious with high celling which makes the apartment cooler. The windows are double glazed and block the traffic noise completely. It is well equipped and comfortable.
The location is great. It is just some second walk from the Chain Bridge and the Castel's funicular. We walked almost everywhere from the apartment but if one likes to use public transport, then the bus stop is just round the corner!
Kate, the girl who welcomed us, is a very nice and helpful girl.

Είναι ένα καταπληκτικό μοντέρνο ξενοδοχείο κάτω από το κάστρο και δίπλα στον Δούναβη.
Το δωμάτιο ήταν 30τετραγωνικα ,πεντακάθαρο ,ήσυχο και άνετο.
Το πρωινό ήταν καταπληκτικό Και μέχρι τις 11.00. ότι ζητήσαμε από το προσωπικό αμέσως μας εξυπηρέτησαν. Το μετρο είναι 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια και στάση λεοφωρείου έχει ακριβώς από πίσω. - Βρισκεται πολυ κο
