I loved everything about the Opera Gardens Hotel. Very friendly staff.
Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room.
Rooms were lovely and spacious.
Staff happy to assist in booking taxis/tickets to the Szechenyi baths & other attractions.

The apartment was very nice, clean and quite and I loved the super-fast WiFi. The staff was also very nice and helpful. I spent the last two weeks of October 2013 at Corvin Lux apartments.
I am very pleased with everything. Both girls Szofia & Reka at the reception are very friendly and lovely, they helped me a lot for everything I needed not only about my room but they helped me with info about moving around using the metro/trams and buses in the best possible way for my desired destinations around Budapest. My husband and I were traveling through Europe for 25 days. This hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The staff was very polite, helpful and professional. The room was large, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and our room was quiet. The breakfast was about 7.50 euros extra but so very worth the money. Fantastic European fare

When I arrived at the airport, I got the disturbing news that my bagage had stayed behind in Berlin. It was a stupid mistake of my own doing to pack my life threatening disease medication in my suitcase. Stylish compact room with pleasant colours and decoration. New look and extremely clean in all spaces. Staff professional and friendly, ready to help finding answers whenever asked. Best of all, my room was on top with sky view over roofs, morning sun shining into shower room through big window. Great temperature/air conditioning controls in room.

Our stay at Estilo Fashion hotel was excellent from minute one. Reception staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, room spacious, clean and modern. Location in pedestrian mall and within walking distance of many tourist attractions and not far from the river and the large city indoor market. A very pleasant stay. We will highly recommend this hotel to our travelling friends.

very good value for these money.Absolutely satisfied. Same hotel in western europe cost 2 or 3 times more.Only good memories. Spa included in price.No extra expenses. - Excellent facilities. Very friendly staff. Bedrooms/bathrooms were of a high standard. Breakfast was very good. Would definately stay again!

Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. He even gave us a lift to the central market hall.

The staff at reception Laura, Anna-Marie, Victoria and Bernadette were
delightful, very helpful and curtious and very professional, and spoke

- Hotel provided upgraded room to us when knows that we are in
honeymoon trip.
- Taxi transfer is a good way to reach hotel you should use it - airport is too far away from city center. But you can pay there only by cash - we payed in euro.
- Breakfast were very important part in this residence - so don't miss it.
- It was very hot weather - and air conditioning wasusefull - but it takes time to understand how to use it (we never used air conditioning implemented in building).

The kindness of personnel. Although we arrived later than the closing ours of the spa, they provided full access to the spa without any additional charges. - The price was excellent, and it included breakfast. The coffee was very good and the fresh croissants.

It was a great stay in Budapest - the hotel was absolutely great (from
the large rooms to the spa) and I've found the staff very helpful
(unlike a few other reviews I've read). The apartments are very well
equipped and clean. Since it's located in the heart of Budapest
there's a lot of things to do near the hotel and the closest metro
station is a few hundred meters away.
