The district is not pleasant
Place was good there is construction going on in front of the building but it did not bother us.one thing strange was keeping the remote controls in the reception and asking them back in the reception ...just strange..
Apartment space and facilities
It was a very big apartment, with lot of space, well heated and with much light. The position was convenient and central enough. We would consider it even for more than one night stands.
The amount of body hair on the bathroom floor was really a disappointment.
Large rooms, kitchen and balcony :) Corvin plaza nearby.
I've stayed in the hotel for two nights. After the first night the room was not cleaned at all - they didn't even change towels :( Since 7:00 on the opposite side of road the office building is constructed (plastic windows mostly eliminate noise).
Clean room, friendly staff, this was a very nice place to stay!
All the members of the staff I met were very helpful and professional. Ágnes was exceptionally kind and helpful to address the questions I raised. I am sending a big thank you again to her. The location is excellent, very close to the Corvin Plaza and cinema, with good access to public transport. The internet access was also very good. Free and fast. The kitchen was well-equipped.
The fridge was a bit noisy.
It was an apartment for 4. Proper furniture, kitchen with all you need to cook. Air conditioning and TV. The immediate surroundings look not good, but it is a safe pace. The access to the parking is through a car-lift. Be prepared it is not a quick operation to put your car in or off the garage. Location is ok, you have a big street not far, with all city transportation. Also a shopping center is near.
The lady in the reception has to improve her communication skills. Learn not only to hear but also to listen what people say.
This was a very efficient trip for me thanks to the convenience of this appartment with the necessary items to cook on my own, a perfect location in terms of transportation (to downtown and to the airport), and internet connection. The staff was always helpful and efficient.
These are brand new appartments, which is a plus, but also means the place is a wee bit impersonal. Being on the last floor also meant that the flat could be very hot by the end of the day, having no shutter to keep the heat out.

I stayed with my fiancee for 3 days and we would love to say that it was fantastic. Awesome service awesome apartment, location is excellent. Nothing bad to say about Prater Apartments. I would love to say one big thank you to the light colored hair girl from (in a hurry we didnt get her name:)). We had a problem with our car and she was very very helpfull in overcoming our problem. Cleanliness is on the highest level. All the best from us and hope to see you soon.
The position is very convenient inside Budapest.
After driving 900km, we were shocked to discover that there was no hot water available. The guy from reception, speaking zero English, mentioned something about a malfunction. We do believe that the best solution was to announce us in advance OR at the reception right when we got there. In addition, right across the street, in 10 meters from the hotel, a very big offices building has just started to be build. So for the next 1.5-2 years, avoid the hotel. The workers started around 7.30-8.00.
Location, good size rooms
The receptionist(older woman) was extremely rude upon our arrival. We may not visit this accom again because of the receptionists rudeness.
