The location of the hotel is fantastic, the standard of the room,facilities and customer service is one of the highest I have seen acrossthe world. Nothing is too much trouble. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » tres away from the exit too -really convenien - The hotel was very convenient to everything! Location was perfect. I felt very safe and comfortable at the Salisbury YMCA. It was even better than I had expected. I enjoyed being so close to the Star Ferry, MTR and attractions. Everything was in walking distance. Having a Star Bucks across the street was an added bonus! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Hong Kong. - The hotel is close to all major tourist spots outstanding view (wouldcost you aprox £500 per night next door). The aircon was fantastic, Therooms were very clean and well serviced. The beds were very comfortable.Had a great stay would recommend to everyone the ymca is not a hostelfor the young! It is a great hotel for all ages. Get a room with a viewand be in at 8pm to watch the laser show.

I loved the view from my habourview room, from the Sky Lounge and the rooftop pool terrace! The hotel really has a perfect location. I also liked the room itself which was very big, clean and nice. I also appreciated the friendlyness and good English of the staff and the quick check-in and check-out. All in all, I enjoyed my stay very much. -

Breakfast was superb, plenty of options, on level 18. View was to die for, our room had beautiful harbour views, and meal in restaurant was very good, staff helpfull. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

One reason my family likes The Kimberley Hotel is because of its location. It is conveniently located minutes away from the MTR station, and also Hong Kong cafeterias serving excellent food. The location cannot be beat! 4-minutes walk to MTR station.
Our 20th floor suite with kitchenette was clean, had a comfortable king bed in a separate bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The air conditioning worked great and helped keep the humidity down to an acceptable level, since it was pouring rain outside for the two days we were there.
The front desk, consierge and houskeeing staff were all friendly and helpful to us.

The correct word to describe Hotel ICON is SUPERB !!... This hotel was absolutely ABOVE & BEYOND of my expectation for quality of hotel and hospitality. I stayed at room 2307 for 2 nights. Staff were friendly, check in efficient. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Toiletries were of a good standard and free minibar items a bonus, although not as good brands as those in the free minibar of another (cheaper) hotel we had stayed in the night before in HK. Food in the restaurants was expensive but we had a lovely meal in the Chinese restaurant, which has an incredible view over the city, and the breakfast was also very good, so worth the splurge. The splendour of the hotel - it was beautiful. Everything from the grand entrance & foyer to the sumptous breakfasts with incredible range of choices. The best hotel I have ever stayed in - bar none!!
The location was also great - overlooking Victoria Harbour across to Kowloon. -

The staff were very nice and helpful espeically with getting us anothernights stay during the typhoon, pool was great. Room was verycomfortable and clean and it was very close to transport around HongKong and a great location for walking to downtown Kowloon - very helpful in giving me directions and suggestions, loved the pool and pool side service

We had rooms on the top floor, they were very small, but presume they were single rooms as there was a glass sliding door to the toliet! Lovely, air conditioned, clean, well presented rooms - including a Jacuzzi on the balcony. 5 Mins walk from Causeway Bay, small street of friendly bars across the main road, not far from Hong Kong Stadium. -

Our stay was very short at the Harbour Grand only six hours, this was due to a bereavement. We had to change flights and only stay the one night at the Harbour Grand and flew straight back to Heathrow on 1st August instead of the 3rd. -

very nice and comfortable rooms - The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The information cards provided with regards to attractions around H.K were great and very helpful. Reception were polite, friendly and very professional. I thouroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again in the future.

Very nice hotel in a nice location. Only stayed 1 night so can't say to much about all the facilities. We were upgraded free to a club room which was very nice. I had breakfast from the coffee shop which did a special takeaway offer of coffee and a pastry. Had a massive almond croissant which rates as one of the best I've had. - A beautiful hotel i

The staff at the hotel were very helpful, they were informative and considerate. a free walking trip around the local area was very helpful as we then knew the area and the best places to go and how to haggle for bargains
The club facility was exellent - Impeccable service, large modern rooms, convenient location, all the mod cons and little extras
