One reason my family likes The Kimberley Hotel is because of its location. It is conveniently located minutes away from the MTR station, and also Hong Kong cafeterias serving excellent food. The location cannot be beat! 4-minutes walk to MTR station.
Our 20th floor suite with kitchenette was clean, had a comfortable king bed in a separate bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The air conditioning worked great and helped keep the humidity down to an acceptable level, since it was pouring rain outside for the two days we were there.
The front desk, consierge and houskeeing staff were all friendly and helpful to us.

On arrival we were greeted by extremely helpful and efficient staff. We were upgraded to the 17th floor with amazing views of Victoria Harbour. Our room was luxurious, with a very comfortable bed and a well supplied bathroom. We had breakfast in the hotel and have never seen such a variety of food in a restaurant, just incredible The hotel is in a great location for shops and transport and we would certainly recommend to friends.

The correct word to describe Hotel ICON is SUPERB !!... This hotel was absolutely ABOVE & BEYOND of my expectation for quality of hotel and hospitality. I stayed at room 2307 for 2 nights. Staff were friendly, check in efficient. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Toiletries were of a good standard and free minibar items a bonus, although not as good brands as those in the free minibar of another (cheaper) hotel we had stayed in the night before in HK. The splendour of the hotel - it was beautiful. Everything from the grand entrance & foyer to the sumptous breakfasts with incredible range of choices. The best hotel I have ever stayed in - bar none!!

The staff were very nice and helpful espeically with getting us anothernights stay during the typhoon, pool was great. Room was verycomfortable and clean and it was very close to transport around HongKong and a great location for walking to downtown Kowloon - very helpful in giving me directions and suggestions, loved the pool and pool side service

Excellent location for MRT, Shopping and business. As well as the excellent hotel restaurants it is also close to many other food outlets.
We enjoyed the great breakfast menu and also the use of the Executive Club Lounge to entertain a guest. -

Our stay was very short at the Harbour Grand only six hours, this was due to a bereavement. We had to change flights and only stay the one night at the Harbour Grand and flew straight back to Heathrow on 1st August instead of the 3rd. -

Considering the small spaces in Hong Kong, Empire Hotel was reasonable spacious! The breakfast that was included in our rate was fantastic, where the restaurant was clean and tidy! Very nice hotel in a nice location. Only stayed 1 night so can't say to much about all the facilities. We were upgraded free to a club room which was very nice. The staff at the hotel were very helpful, they were informative and considerate. a free walking trip around the local area was very helpful as we then knew the area and the best places to go and how to haggle for bargains
