You know HK people have a reputation for being impatient and time is gold to them. Having said that, the people in this hotel try their best to be helpful to you and try explaining everything to you patiently. Even though the the nearest MTR is 8 minutes away from this hotel, I kinda like the walk back tot he hotel. Along the way I tried a couple of eateries and they were good.

Nice, helpful staff. The room may be small but it's cozy and equipped with most basic necessities.
The place is nice and quiet.

Beds are very firm.
Lack of a floor mat to dry up our feet. It poses dangerous especially standing in the slippery toilet after bath.
Housekeeping staff talked loudly at the corridor.
The room is small and I was told we were upgraded room, I imagine the standard room. In any case, HK is well known for high prices and small rooms.
