To be honest, HK Jiang Xi Guest House is not what everyone is looking for. It can seem extremely basic and even a little shady. However, if you are used to travelling in Asia on a budget then you know what to expect. While the room was noisy and small, had with no window (I preferred this - no pigeons or streetlights) and a damaged water system; the place was comfortable. Being based on the third floor provided simple stair access rather than relying on the elevator all the time. The staff were.

Their staff is accommodating, although the lady who entertained us first cannot speak English well, there was this nice guy who was able to communicate in English and he was kind enough to help us out with our documents and in providing some instructions on where we could ride on a bus in going to the airport. The room is just perfect for backpackers, with TV, own bathroom p. As everybody know that HK is a "inch land inch gold" place.The room here is enough for myself,where can you find a hotel with a TV set,free wifi coverd,private shower room,and room is clean,and nice english speaking reception guy,and GOLDEN LOCATION,and most important thing is I felt very SAFE.I would recommend this to all of my backpacker friends.Trust me,it is so much more worthy than what you paid.Remember,here is Hong Kong,not mainland China. we chose this motel because of it's location. It's in Mongkok area...It's very close to everything, only 2 minutes walk to the mongkok station d2, We chose the twin room, however, they upgraded us to the Triple Room .one Double bed and one small bed.The wifi system worked okay.. The only thing they need to improve maybe it's the decor. It's not very updated one but overall the motel is clean. Nice staff, great location The staff is very nice, they can't speak english well, I stayed there for one night, it was the cheapest hotel I could get, because of the fair the prices were a bit higher than normally. Because I stayed there before I knew it's a good hostel, the rooms are as small as usual in Hong Kong, especially in the Sincere House, but very clean, and the staff is kind. he staff was extremely nice and helpful we highly recommend this hotel for their kindness. The rooms are small but you have enough space for 2 people and it is comfortable enough. The hotel is well located, next to 2 subway stations. Thanks a lot to the staff!. Perfect location in the middle of an electronic market, all-in-one street and 1min walk from tthe metro station. Although its in the middle of a crowded chaotic place, its very quiet in there. Perfect location close to MTR Mong Kok station. Not many guesthouses in the building. Many shops and restaurants in the area. Room with own bathroom with hot water. Towels provided. The location very good and convenience,near by MTR (50 m) room simple and clean but the toilet quite small. very near night market and lot of local eating places near hotel. Small room but clean. Even though at first the place looked a little bit scary, but later I saw that it is completely fine. - I booked the room only for one night, but later unexpected thing happened and long after check out I asked the same guest house to accept me for one more night without booking. The guest house is accessible to shopping centers, restaurants and mtr. A budget friendly accomodation for the whole family. Good thing there is a guy there named Eric that can speak english and he was able to attend to our needs. location is just 2 minutes from mongkong mtr exit D2, ..just across the street, and the building is after the 2nd crossing street, at sincere building(you can notice it as building where there are many handphone's sellers), get inside from the side door,at floor 3. perhaps the cheapest room rate in hongkong? and wifi at rooms and receptionist. Whilst the rooms are tiny and the building quite run down their was air con, wifi and a good shower with hot water. Very cheap for hk but basic. This hotel is ideal to stay maximum 2 nights in a low cost city trip. - Location : in the center of the city that provides you local chinese foods, local shoppings, and MTR(subway) - The officers try to help you a lot even they can't speak english well - There is a small bathroom inside your room. location.. plenty of shopping options and eating joints around . very close to mongkok MRT station. Airport bus stop is 5 minutes walk on nathan road..Family members managing the hotel are courteous and of helping nature.. - Strategic location in Mongkok (5min walking distance to mtr, ladies market, bus stops) - receptionist lady is helpful despite the fact that she understands very little English - very good price for budget accomodation. The nature of Mr. Eric, very nice person n very helpful. He was trying his best to short out my bathroom problem. What we notice earlier occupant has thrown the paper waste n some stones in side the waste water out let. Central location of Mongkok, 200 metre from MTR station, snack shop right down stairs. The cleanlinesses was better than expected too, decor was also beyond expectation (I don't have too high expectation though). I could say it's just a great value for my money because it's affordable, so I really could not complain much about the cleanliness. The room may be small, but the size of the bed is just perfect for 2 persons, plus it has a TV, but with only three channels. Bed too small. Staff is nice but only one person speaks english. Staffs are not there when the crowds had been at the front desk waiting for check in for more than one hour. none. Not easy to find, a bit too dark as our window was facing the wall. Toilet a little bit smelly when bath or splash,mayb is hose problem. Water leak from the bathroom. No wifi. Small room. people and staff here doesnt know and understand English.till now,they can not provide a confirmed booking reservation for me.it took me a lot of phone calls and text messages and email on to them,but much to my regrets,this hotel is so imcompetent!. - Bedsheets didn`t LOOK clean, but I am sure it was washed. - Rooms aren`t cleaned very carefully, you can see dust and hair. I only needed a cheap place to sleep and be able to use internet, so for me it was acceptable. Staffs were accomodating however they cannot communicate well in (english). Please teach them on how to use at least basic english so it will not affect the service that they are providing. old building,dusty, cleanliness are poor, it's a guesthouse anyway:). Extremely hard to find when you initially get there. A bit noisy at night due to thin walls. Beds are not comfortable and it is very difficult to have a shower because the restroom is so small and shower, toilet and sink are together within 3 square metres. The hotel is difficult to find but this is not a big deal. - The blanket may be a little dirty - It's too small for 2 persons in 1 bed. Room size , cleanliness in the building very pathetic, overall my experience was disappointing.. - Thin walls, can be annoying if other guests are loud (esp. Mainland Chinese tourists) - cleanliness can be improved; actual room is not as clean as shown on the pictures - rather hard to find the first time. It wa s bad luck that my wash room had some problem n next room toliet water was coming out from my bathroom outlet. I had no option but had to change another place. The staff went to bed at six while I was check-in, have to called letsbookhotel.com to wake him up. Room very small, can barely opened the door with the double bed in room, no windows too, but if you are couple traveller then won't won't be a problem.
